Terms of use
Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms apply to the website daily-cashback.info (the "Website") and to the free cashback programme offered on it. The Website is run by Hasanbaba KG, Kirchenbühl 562, 6952 Hittisau, Österreich, FN 645893 v at the Landesgericht Feldkirch, UID ATU 81684358 ("we" or "us"). A "Member" is anyone who has opened a customer account on the Website. A "Shop" is an online shop that we link to. "Cashback" is the part of our commission that we pass on to a Member for a purchase in a Shop.
You can read the Website without an account. Once you register, these terms form the agreement between you and us for the cashback programme. When you register, we ask you to confirm that you have read these terms and our Privacy policy.
What the Website offers
daily-cashback.info has two parts. The first is an information portal: we show voucher codes, deals and information about online shops. The second is a cashback programme: if you shop through one of our links while logged in, and the Shop pays us a commission for that purchase, we credit part of that commission to your account.
We do not sell anything ourselves and we are not a party to your purchase. Your contract for goods or services is formed only between you and the Shop. Questions about an order, delivery, return or payment go to the Shop.
Where does the money come from? Shops pay a commission to affiliate networks for sales that come from partner websites like ours. The network passes this commission on to us, and we share it with you. For the shops in our cashback programme this is currently mainly CJ (Commission Junction).
Your account
To collect cashback you need an account. You register with your email address and a password of at least 8 characters, agree to these terms and solve a short reCAPTCHA check. We then send you an email with a confirmation link, which is valid for 48 hours. Your account becomes active once you click that link. Until your email address is confirmed, you cannot request payouts or submit missing cashback requests.
The following rules apply to every account:
- You must be at least 18 years old and act as a private person, not on behalf of a business.
- Each person may hold only one account. Several accounts for the same person, also under different email addresses, are not allowed.
- The details you give us must be correct, and you keep them up to date in your account settings.
- Keep your password to yourself. If someone else uses your account because you passed on your login details or were careless with them, you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Opening and keeping an account is free.
How cashback is earned
Cashback is only possible if the Shop can tell that your purchase came through us. This works as follows: you log in, open the Shop's page on daily-cashback.info and click our link to the Shop. Our server notes the click with a random click ID and passes this ID to the affiliate network. The network and the Shop then use their own tracking, usually cookies, to connect your order to that click. When the network reports the commission to us, we find your account through the click ID and book the cashback.
Please repeat this for every purchase. In our experience, tracking fails most often for these reasons, and in these cases we cannot credit cashback:
- you were not logged in when you clicked, or you went to the Shop directly or through another website;
- an ad blocker, a tracking blocker, a privacy extension, a strict browser setting or private browsing prevented the Shop from setting or reading its cookies;
- after clicking our link you visited another voucher, cashback, comparison or bonus website before finishing your order;
- you used a voucher code that we did not publish for this Shop, a personal code sent to you by the Shop, or a code from another website, or the Shop's own conditions exclude the code;
- you did not finish the order in the same browser in which you clicked our link;
- the Shop's own conditions, shown on its page with us, exclude certain products, payment methods or customer groups.
The cashback rate shown on a Shop's page is the amount or percentage we pass on to you. Percentages usually refer to the order value without taxes, shipping and fees, as reported by the network. The rate that is shown at the time of your click applies. Rates can change at any time, also downwards, and Shops can leave our programme.
Your balance is kept in US dollars (USD). If a Shop reports a commission in another currency, we convert it into USD at the exchange rate used at the time of booking.
Status of your cashback
Each booking in your account has a status:
- Pending: the network has reported your purchase, but the Shop has not confirmed it yet. Shops wait until the return period has ended and the payment has gone through. Depending on the Shop, this takes from a few weeks to several months.
- Confirmed: the Shop has approved the commission and paid or committed to pay it. Confirmed cashback counts towards your payout balance.
- Declined: the Shop or the network has rejected the commission, for example because the order was cancelled, returned, not paid or did not meet the Shop's conditions.
Pending cashback is a preview, not a promise. You have a claim to cashback only once it is confirmed, and only to the amount we actually receive from the network.
Cancellations, returns and corrections
If you cancel or return an order in full or in part, if you withdraw from the purchase, or if the Shop reduces or reverses its commission for another reason, we reduce or cancel your cashback accordingly. This also applies after cashback has been confirmed: if a network takes back a commission it had already paid, we deduct the amount from your balance. If your balance is not enough, the difference is set off against future cashback.
We may also correct obvious errors in our bookings, for example a wrong rate or a booking in the wrong account.
Payouts
You can request a payout in your account as soon as your confirmed balance is at least 20.00 USD. You choose the amount, at least 20.00 USD and at most your available balance.
Payouts are made by PayPal only. You enter the email address of your PayPal account; it must be an account in your own name that can receive payments. We do not charge any fees for payouts. Fees that PayPal charges for receiving the payment or for currency conversion are paid by you as the recipient.
Every payout request is checked by a person before the money is sent. We may ask you for proof of a purchase, for example an order confirmation or invoice. If there are signs of misuse, we hold the payout until the check is finished. Normally we send the payout within 10 business days after your request. Payments that fail because of wrong PayPal details are credited back to your balance.
Missing cashback
If a purchase does not appear in your account, you can send us a missing cashback request in your account. You can do this for orders from the last 180 days. Please wait a few days after your purchase first, because networks often report purchases with a delay.
For each request we need the Shop, the order date, the order number and the order value, and if possible a copy of the order confirmation (JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 5 MB). We forward the request to the network or the Shop. The decision is made by the Shop; we cannot force a booking. Requests for orders that do not meet the conditions in "How cashback is earned" are usually rejected.
Friends programme
We currently do not run a friends or referral programme with bonuses. If we introduce one, its conditions will be added to these terms before it starts.
Misuse and fraud
We want the cashback programme to stay fair for Members and for the Shops. The following is not allowed:
- opening more than one account per person, or opening accounts for other people;
- orders that are placed only to collect cashback and are then cancelled or returned, or orders that are not paid;
- automated clicks, bots, scripts, or clicking our links for other people;
- using our links, our name or our brand in paid search engine ads, or presenting our pages in a frame on another website;
- false information in your account, in missing cashback requests or in proof documents.
To spot misuse, our system compares technical signals, for example whether several accounts share the same encrypted IP value or the same device ID, unusual numbers of clicks or a high share of cancelled orders. Such a signal alone does not lead to a penalty. It means that a person checks the account and payouts are held until the check is done.
If we find misuse, we may decline the affected cashback, cancel payouts that have not been sent, and block or close the account. Cashback from purchases that are clearly not affected by the misuse is paid out after the check, provided the minimum payout amount is reached. Before we close an account, we give you the chance to explain, unless the misuse is obvious.
Closing your account and unused balance
You can delete your account at any time in your account settings, as long as no payout is still open. Before you do this, please request a payout of your confirmed balance if it has reached 20.00 USD. Cashback that is still pending or below the minimum payout amount when you delete your account cannot be paid out afterwards.
If you do not log in for two years in a row, we will write to your email address. If you do not log in within one month after this email, we may close the account. Confirmed cashback of at least 20.00 USD will then still be paid on request; smaller amounts lapse.
We may also end the cashback programme or close individual accounts with two weeks' notice by email. In that case we wait for pending cashback to be decided and then pay out all confirmed cashback to your PayPal address, even if it is below 20.00 USD.
Accuracy of the information
We update vouchers, deals and cashback rates several times a day. Even so, a Shop may change or end an offer before our system notices. What is shown in the Shop at the time of your order always applies. A voucher, deal or rate shown on our Website does not give you a claim against us that the Shop will honour it.
Availability
We try to keep the Website and your account available at all times, but we cannot guarantee it. Maintenance, faults at our service providers, faults at the networks or at the Shops can interrupt the service or delay the reporting of purchases.
Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential for the proper performance of this agreement and on which you may rely, and then only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of agreement. Liability under the Product Liability Act is not affected. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded as far as the law allows.
We are not responsible for the goods, services, prices, deliveries or returns of the Shops, and not for decisions of the Shops or networks about whether a commission is paid. If the network does not pay us a commission, there is no cashback to pass on.
Rights to content
The texts, design and compilations on daily-cashback.info are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own private purposes. Automated reading of the Website (scraping, bots) and copying our content to build another database or website are not permitted without our written consent. Shop names and logos belong to the respective companies; we use them only to identify the Shops.
Changes to these terms and to the programme
We may change these terms if the law, the conditions of the networks or our service change. We will inform Members by email at least four weeks before a change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before that date and have your confirmed balance paid out under the rules above. Changes to cashback rates or to the list of Shops are not changes to these terms and can happen at any time.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you usually live. As far as the law allows, the courts at our registered office in Austria are responsible for disputes. Consumers may also be sued only at their place of residence, and may sue us at their own place of residence where their local law provides this.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued in July 2025. Consumers in Austria can contact the Internet Ombudsstelle in Vienna about disputes relating to online transactions, at www.ombudsstelle.at. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we are always interested in finding a solution together. Please write to us first.
Severability
If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the terms remain valid. The invalid provision is replaced by the legal rule that comes closest to its purpose.
