Do returns reduce the cashback?
Yes. Cashback is only confirmed for orders the shop keeps. A returned or cancelled order earns nothing.
How long until the cashback from WheelHero is approved?
The order first appears as open. After WheelHero approves it, usually once the return window has closed, the amount is released.
Why was my purchase at WheelHero not recorded?
To be recorded, an order needs a click from our page right before it, cookies switched on and no other price or code site visited in between. If one of these is missing, the shop cannot link the order to your account.
Is the WheelHero rate always the same?
No. The shop can change it. The current value is 3.25% and we update it every day.
