Shopping at Zepter.cz: shipping, withdrawal, warranty and cashback
Zepter is known for cookware, kitchen appliances, air purifiers and Bioptron lamps. The shop at zepter.cz is the Czech online shop of ZEPTER INTERNATIONAL s.r.o., and its terms are written for customers in the Czech Republic. Before you plan an order it is worth knowing who can buy, what delivery costs and how the 14 day withdrawal and the warranty work.
Who can order
The seller accepts orders from persons aged 18 or over with residence in the Czech Republic. Prices in the catalogue are in Czech crowns and include VAT. The terms do not describe delivery to other countries, so if you live elsewhere, write to customer service at [email protected] before you try to order.
Delivery and shipping cost
Goods travel as a business parcel with a courier to the address from your order form, and the courier delivers on working days only, not on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. On orders up to 1,500 CZK with the delivery option One you pay 129 CZK for postage and packing. From an order value above 1,500 CZK the seller pays shipping and packing. If a delivery has to be repeated for reasons on your side, for example you refuse the parcel or do not collect it, the seller charges another 129 CZK shipping fee.
With cash on delivery, the stated delivery time is ten working days from the seller's acceptance of your order. If an item is out of stock and the delivery is late, the shop informs you by text message and tells you the new date.
Payment
Three ways are offered: cash on delivery, advance bank transfer and online card payment through the PayU gateway. For a transfer or a card payment, the goods are only sent once the money is on the seller's account. The amount must arrive within five working days after the order is accepted. Otherwise the seller may withdraw from the contract. Bank details and your order number as the payment reference come in the confirmation email.
Withdrawal, returns and warranty
As a consumer you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send a clear statement to the customer centre, preferably in writing, and return the goods undamaged and with all parts and accessories within 14 days of the withdrawal. You carry the return cost. The purchase price comes back within 14 days of the seller receiving your withdrawal, but not before the goods are back or you prove that you sent them. Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened, and consumables that have already been fitted into an appliance, are excluded.
The warranty period is 24 months from handover. You can make a claim in person, through a courier to the service centre in Rudná u Prahy, or at the seller's premises. Damage from transport only counts if you point it out on delivery in the presence of the courier and write a damage report with them.

Using cashback
Open the Zepter page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed once Zepter has reported the order. If you withdraw from a purchase, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- If your basket is a little under 1,500 CZK, check whether one more item costs less than the 129 CZK shipping fee.
- Be at home or name someone who can take the parcel, since repeated delivery is charged.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
