Shopping at Xiaomi UK: shipping, returns and cashback
Xiaomi runs a separate online store for each market, and the one our cashback page points to is the UK store at mi.com/uk. It sells phones, TVs, robot vacuums, scooters and other electronics. Whether you can order depends on where the parcel goes, so this guide looks at delivery area, shipping cost, return rules and payment. Where the UK store delivers
The store delivers within the United Kingdom, and it excludes the Isle of Man. Delivery services are only available for UK addresses. If you live elsewhere you would need a UK address and then have to arrange pick-up or forwarding yourself and at your own cost. That is the key point for international buyers: this store is not a way to get Xiaomi products shipped to Europe or the US. Germany has its own store, which also delivers only inside Germany, so shoppers in each market use their local site.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Standard home delivery is free for orders over £59. Below that value the customer pays for shipping, and the page does not print a fixed fee, so the amount appears at checkout. The £59 threshold is counted after discounts and promotional prices, even for items whose original price was higher.
Parcels ship Monday to Friday through carriers such as DPD, DHL and Royal Mail. Xiaomi says most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days, with delays possible depending on payment confirmation, customisation and warehouse stock. You can follow the order under your account page. Cash on delivery is not offered, and the courier may ask you or the recipient to sign and sometimes show ID. If a pick-up point is used, the parcel is kept for up to 7 days and is then sent back to the warehouse.

Returns and warranty
Every return needs an RMA service number, which you get through the online chat, the order centre on the site or by phone and email. For products of proper quality, Xiaomi accepts a return for a refund within 14 calendar days of the invoice or delivery date, whichever is later. For products with manufacturing problems the period is 30 calendar days, and you can ask for a refund or a replacement.
The conditions are firm. Items come back with the retail box, manuals, cables and all accessories, without physical damage and with a readable serial number or IMEI label. Phones must be logged out of your Xiaomi account. Opened consumables are not returned. Business orders are not eligible for a normal return. Products sold in a bundle go back together, and if you bought a product with a free promotional item, the item must come back too.
Return shipping is paid by Xiaomi for a warranty defect and for returns within the first 14 days after purchase, and you receive a prepaid label. Keep the original packaging of larger items such as scooters or projectors, and keep the box of devices for at least 30 days. Damage found on delivery should be reported within 48 hours, with photos.
Payment
You can pay in full with a credit or debit card. For certain products, instalments through Klarna or PayPal are offered. The prices are shown in pounds.
Using cashback
Open the Xiaomi page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Xiaomi has reported the order. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Tips
- If your basket sits just under £59, check whether adding a small accessory costs less than the shipping charge. Items you return will not count for cashback.
- Keep the original box until the 14 days have passed.
- Complete the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
