Shopping at Voghion: shipping by country, free shipping line, returns and cashback
Voghion is a marketplace for clothing, home goods and gadgets that ships from several warehouses to about 30 countries. Its shipping and returns rules are unusually detailed, and they differ by country, by product type and by whether you have ordered before. We read the shipping policy, the return policy and the payment page on voghion.com in October 2026 (the pages are dated 8 August 2026). Sellers and warehouses vary, so the delivery date shown at checkout is the number to trust.
Countries and shipping cost
Standard shipping is priced in euros. If you pay in another currency, checkout shows the converted amount before you pay. Two price bands apply to standard products:
- €1.99 shipping: Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- €2.99 shipping: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United States.
Wholesale products are different: shipping follows the real weight of the goods. Two faster options exist in a few markets. 7-Day Delivery costs €3.99 shipping and is offered in the United Kingdom only. 10-Day Delivery costs €2.99 shipping and is offered in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Items sent with these two options do not qualify for the free shipping offer. Eligible local warehouse items always ship free, whatever the basket value.
When shipping is free
The threshold depends on your history with the shop. A new customer, meaning someone who has never completed a payment at Voghion, gets free shipping once eligible standard products reach €20 after discounts. An existing customer needs €59 of goods for free shipping. Wholesale items, 7-Day Delivery and 10-Day Delivery are excluded from this offer.
Processing, delivery time and customs
Voghion says it processes standard orders within 3 to 5 business days before they ship, and this can stretch around big promotions and public holidays. After that, the estimated arrival is displayed at checkout and in your order, based on the method and your country. The shop points out that carrier delays and customs clearance can change the date. It does not state a general duty rule for non-EU destinations such as the UK, Switzerland or the US, so check the checkout summary for anything extra. Returns and refunds
You can ask to return an item within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be new, unused or unworn and come with its original packaging, contents and accessories. Open the order, choose Refund, pick a reason, enter the amount and upload clear photos. Do not ship anything back until customer service has approved the request and given you the return address, because unauthorised returns are not accepted.
For a non-defective item you pay the return shipping. If the product is defective, damaged or wrong, Voghion covers it once the request is approved. A tracking number is required for every return. After the parcel arrives, processing takes 2 to 3 business days, and the refund then reaches your original payment method within 5 to 14 business days. Some banks need up to 30 days to show it.
Payment
Voghion takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Discover and Diners Club cards, PayPal, PayPal Pay Later, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Which of them appear depends on your market and order.
Using cashback
Open the Voghion page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Voghion has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Do the maths on the free shipping line: the €20 threshold for new customers drops to a €59 line after your first paid order.
- Choose your delivery country first, as the price band and the delivery options depend on it.
- Keep the photos you upload with a return request, as the shop asks for them.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, since a later click can replace the first one.
