Shopping at Vevor: shipping fees by region, delivery and returns

· 2026-09-16

Vevor sells tools, outdoor gear, kitchen equipment and building supplies, and a lot of it is heavy. That is why the shipping policy matters more here than at a clothing shop. The page lists a fee table by region, delivery times and a few areas the shop does not deliver to. Here is what it says.

Shipping costs by region

The shop states that all products currently ship free, except to some remote areas. For the United States that means Alaska and Hawaii, where the fee is charged per item and depends on weight, starting at $70 for items up to 22 lbs and rising to $1000 for items between 200 and 2000 lbs. In Canada the fee is charged per item as well, from C $30 for up to 10 kg to C $240 for 68 to 500 kg, and the order page shows the exact amount for your city.

Europe has its own list. Shipping to Liechtenstein costs 5 € per order. Shipping to Switzerland, Estonia, Latvia and Bulgaria costs 10 € per order, to Greece 20 €. For Ireland and Portugal the fee is 10 € per item from 30 kg upward, for Finland and Croatia 30 €, for Romania 40 €. Australia and Spain carry an extra shipping fee that the order page shows before you pay.

Delivery time and where it ships from

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, after that delivery takes 2 to 6 business days for ordinary products. Heavy items (over 66 lbs net) and big ones (more than 108 inches on one side or 165 inches around) take around 10 to 15 working days. According to the FAQ the warehouses are in America, Europe and Australia, and the one closest to you is used first.

Some places are excluded. Examples from the list are Helgoland and Buesingen in Germany, Corsica and the overseas territories of France, Sardinia, Sicily and Calabria in Italy, the Canary and Balearic Islands in Spain, the Aland Islands, Iceland, Turkey and Puerto Rico. If you live on an island, look at that table first.

Returns and refunds

Products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons: dead on arrival, wrong item, not as described, quality problems or missing parts. You contact customer service first, send pictures or videos, and get return instructions once both sides agree on a solution. Do not send the parcel back to the sender address printed on the package.

If you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere or ordered by mistake, you carry the cost of the return and restocking. Refunds take 3 to 15 business days by credit card, up to 48 hours with PayPal and up to 14 days with Klarna.

Payment and taxes

You can pay with PayPal, Klarna or a credit card. In the US, state sales and use tax can apply to items shipped inside or outside the country. For customs charges on deliveries abroad, ask customer service before you order something large.

Cashback at Vevor

Open the Vevor page at daily cashback. It shows the current cashback (up to 1.5%) and the offers we check every day. Press the shop button on that page, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once Vevor has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted. A discount code from another site can cost you the cashback, so start on our page and finish in the same visit.

Tip: for heavy goods, check the shipping line in the cart before paying, because the remote-area fees are added there.
