Shopping at Tennis-Point Austria: shipping, returns and cashback
Tennis-Point is a specialist for tennis, padel and running gear, run by Tennis-Point Europe GmbH from Herzebrock-Clarholz in Germany. The Austrian shop at tennis-point.at is written in German, and its delivery rules are short and clear. Here is what an English-speaking buyer needs to know before ordering.

Delivery countries and shipping cost
The delivery table of the Austrian shop names two countries. Austria takes 3 to 4 working days on average and Germany 2 to 3. In both, shipping is €5.99 including VAT and packaging, and orders from €99 ship free. Parcels can also go to DHL Packstations and parcel shops. For a Packstation you need your DHL customer number, the Postnummer. Without it the shop cannot send to a Packstation.
The group runs separate shops for other countries. Links on the page lead to sites for Belgium, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, the United Kingdom and a .com site. If you live outside Austria and Germany, use the shop of your own country, because shipping costs and payment options can differ there.
The delivery time of a single item depends on its availability. The shop is linked to its stock system, so the product page shows whether the item is in stock and when it arrives.
Returns and the 30-day promise
Your legal right of withdrawal is 14 days from receipt of the last item. On top of that the shop gives a 30-day money-back promise: within 30 days you can withdraw in writing, by letter or email. The goods must be in the original packaging if they came in one, complete, unused if they were new, and undamaged. The promise does not cover personalised products or services already carried out. Having a racket strung, for example, only gets you the price of the racket back.
Returning is free: on the Retouren Service page you enter your order number and email address, print the label, put it on the parcel and drop it at a carrier. Tennis-Point bears the return cost according to its withdrawal policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method after the goods are checked, usually within 2 to 3 working days for cards and Klarna and 2 to 5 for PayPal and Google Pay. In exceptional cases it can take up to 14 days.
If an item is faulty, send it back as a complaint. Within the 30 days you can use the normal return process. After that you fill in the complaint form and put it in the parcel. You then choose between a voucher for the amount or a replacement.
Payment
The shop accepts Visa, American Express and Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna invoice, instalments and Pay Now by bank transfer, direct debit or card. Klarna is not available in every country and requires an identity and credit check.
Using cashback
Open the Tennis-Point page at daily cashback for the current rate (up to 4.5%) and the offers, which we check daily. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Tennis-Point has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- A basket of €90 to €98 reaches free shipping with one pair of socks or a can of balls, instead of paying €5.99. Items you return do not count for the cashback.
- Order shoes in two sizes only if you accept that the returned pair reduces the cashback.
- Keep other voucher and cashback sites closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
