Transit times count in business days, Monday to Friday without bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday are collected on the next working day. The shop holds minimal stock to stay sustainable, and some garments are made to order, so dispatch can take longer than the transit time.

Duties and taxes

The shop ships DDP worldwide, so you are not asked to pay import duties on delivery. For the UK, Europe, Australia and the rest of the world, all duties and taxes are in the price at checkout. For the United States and Canada the import duties are already paid by the shop, while local taxes such as US state sales tax or GST and HST in Canada are added at checkout, just as a local retailer would do. Either way, nothing more is due when the parcel arrives.

Returns and exchanges

For a UK return, email the shop to request it and you receive a returns slip for the parcel. You arrange and pay the return postage with a courier of your choice, and free returns exist only for faulty products. For a full refund the items must come back within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging. The refund is processed within 7 days of the shop receiving the parcel, and your bank may need a few more days to show it.

For international returns you also email the shop, which sends a link to its international returns portal. The return cost is charged per order, not per item, and is deducted from your refund. The shop lists USD $12 for the USA, EUR €13 for Europe, CAD $21 for Canada, AUD $23 for Australia and GBP £12 for the rest of the world. If you create your own label, duties may apply to the return, so the shop advises using its portal.

Exchanges are available worldwide: one per order is free of charge for the replacement, while you cover the cost of sending the original item back.
