Shopping at Retrolifeplayer: shipping to the US and Europe, returns, warranty and cashback
Retrolifeplayer sells all-in-one record players and turntable and speaker sets directly from its own website. The shop advertises free shipping, a 60-day return window and a 3-year warranty, and it ships beyond the United States. Here is what the shop's own pages say about countries, delivery speed, returns and cost, so you can judge the order before you place it.
Where Retrolifeplayer ships
The shipping policy lists two regions: the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) and Europe (except the United Kingdom). US orders leave a California warehouse. Orders for Europe ship from a warehouse in Germany, and the policy also mentions a warehouse in the United Kingdom. The FAQ adds that for European customers the ICE1 model ships from Germany. Deliveries to PO boxes and to APO, FPO or DPO addresses are not possible. If your order has several items, they may ship from different locations with separate tracking emails.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free in the US and Europe. For the US the FAQ lists three speeds:
- Standard shipping: free, 5 to 8 business days
- Expedited shipping: $18.06, 4 to 6 business days
- Priority shipping: $43.17, 2 to 4 business days
Delivery times
The shop promises delivery in 2 to 8 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days first, and carriers such as FedEx or UPS deliver Monday to Friday. For European customers the FAQ gives 3 to 8 business days for the ICE1 model. Bad weather, holidays and carrier problems can slow things down.
Taxes and customs for Europe
The shipping page says UK customers only pay local UK sales tax and EU customers only pay the VAT of their country. For most orders no additional customs duty or import fee is due. In the US, sales tax depends on your state and appears at checkout.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
You have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange an item bought on retrolifeplayer.com. Write to [email protected] first with your order number and the reason, because every return needs an RMA number from the shop. Items go back as new, in the original packaging and with all accessories and cables. The shop keeps a 15% restocking fee of the product price when it refunds, and return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged, wrong or defective. Refunds take about 3 to 5 business days for cards and PayPal, other methods up to 2 weeks.
Turntables bought directly from the shop carry a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. An order can be cancelled by email within the 24 hours before it ships.

Cashback with daily cashback
The Retrolifeplayer page at daily cashback is the US store page, so check it first if you order from Europe. It shows the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers we check daily. Press the shop button, then order as normal. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has approved the order. A refunded return is deducted again.
Practical tips
- Keep the box and all cables until you are sure you keep the player. Returns without them cost more.
- Choose PayPal if checkout asks for tax details and you want a simple route.
- Do not use other cashback or voucher sites in the same session, since a later click can replace the first one.
