Shopping at reifen.de: marketplace, seller shipping, withdrawal and cashback
reifen.de works differently from a classic tyre retailer. The site describes itself as a price comparison platform and marketplace for tyres, rims, oils and car accessories from many sellers. It is run by TyresNET GmbH in Munich, and that shapes shipping, returns and payment, because much of it depends on the individual seller. We read the FAQ and the withdrawal terms on reifen.de in October 2026. Terms can change, so what the offer and the basket show is what counts.
How an order at reifen.de works
For tyres you search by vehicle type, tyre type and size. Rims, oils and accessories have their own selectors. On the results page you can filter by price, brand, seller, test reviews and price category. According to the FAQ there are two ways to buy. Either you follow the offer to the seller's website and order there, or you put the product in the basket and order directly on reifen.de if the retailer is listed on its marketplace. After ordering, questions go to the retailer, whose contact details sit in the shop information section and in the confirmation email.
Shipping cost and delivery countries
Every shop listed on reifen.de has its own delivery options. The shipping cost for your order is shown on the product page next to the offer. If you order directly through the basket, payment and delivery terms per seller are shown there too. The site names no fixed shipping prices and no list of delivery countries, so we do not give any. The footer links to sister sites for many countries, including Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you buy from outside Germany, check that the offer fits your delivery address.
One sentence in the FAQ matters: reifen.de does not bear the transport risk, and the retailer is always responsible for delivery and the order. You track a shipment with the eight-digit order number through the tracking form or the link in the confirmation email.

Payment
The accepted payment methods are shown with each offer. The FAQ mentions bank transfer, credit cards and PayPal or other online payment services. With a bank transfer the order is only processed once the payment is confirmed. For cards you are sent to the seller's payment page and return to the thank-you page afterwards. With PayPal, stay on the route the site gives you, or the payment cannot be matched to the order.
Withdrawal and returns
The withdrawal terms on reifen.de give you 14 days without giving a reason, counted from the day you receive the goods. You declare it by letter, fax or email to TyresNET GmbH in Munich, and a model form is attached. All payments are refunded including delivery costs, except extra costs for a more expensive delivery type, at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal arrives. For goods that go back by post, such as car accessories, the shop pays the return shipping. Tyres are collected, and the shop pays for that too.
The page also describes a voluntary 30-day return from receipt. Goods must be complete, unused and undamaged, you get the purchase price but not the shipping costs, and the customer carries the transport risk. Complete wheels are excluded and only go back for a flat fee per wheel, stated in the section on the voluntary return. If you bought from a marketplace retailer, that retailer's return terms apply, not these.
Using cashback
Open the reifen.de page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. The page is in German. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once reifen.de has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Compare the total price including shipping, because shipping costs depend on the seller.
- Read the shop information of each offer, especially on returns and fitting.
- Check tyre size, load index and speed rating against your vehicle papers before you order.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher tabs closed, because a later click can replace the first one.
