Buying tyres at Pneumatika.sk: how ordering works, delivery, cancellation and cashback
Pneumatika.sk is the Slovak site of TyresNET GmbH from Munich. It lists tyres for cars, motorcycles, vans, off-road vehicles and bicycles, plus alloy rims, oils and car-care products. It works as a comparison and ordering platform, so who ships your parcel and how fast depends on the offer you choose. This guide explains how the site describes that, what the 14-day cancellation right looks like and how to earn cashback.
How ordering works
The terms of the site describe two routes. In the first, you click "Pokračovať" (continue) on an offer and are passed on to the online shop that made it. The contract is then made only between you and that shop, and the shop's own terms, including its cancellation rules, apply. In the second, you press "Pridať do košíka" (add to basket) and buy directly on pneumatika.sk. TyresNET is then not a party to the contract between you and the shop, the shop's terms and its payment providers apply, and the statutory warranty rights stay valid. The site says you will be told about this explicitly when you place the order.
Delivery and country sites
The Slovak site is built for customers in Slovakia. TyresNET runs the same service under dozens of country sites, among them Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Poland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, which you can pick from the footer list. Pneumatika.sk does not publish one delivery table for all offers. Instead the terms warn that prices, order of offers, delivery time and availability come from the shops' feeds, are updated several times a day and may deviate in individual cases. Check delivery time and availability on the offer itself before you pay.
The terms also ask you to check all relevant information and the currency in the online shop before you conclude the contract. Look at the shipping cost and the delivery time shown at the last step of the checkout.

Cancellation and returns
The return policy page gives you the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts on the day you or a third party you name (other than the carrier) takes possession of them. If an order arrives in several parts, the period starts with the last one. To cancel, you tell TyresNET GmbH, Amalienstr. 71, 80799 Munich, by a clear statement such as an email; sending the notice before the period ends is enough.
After a cancellation, the money comes back within fourteen days of the notice, including the delivery charges apart from extra costs for a non-standard delivery you chose. The refund uses the payment method of the original transaction at no extra fee. The page states that the goods are collected from you and that the return costs are borne by the site. You only pay compensation for damage if the goods were handled in a way that was not needed. Because the contract partner can be a different shop, read that shop's own policy as well.
Using cashback
Open the Pneumatika.sk page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1.25%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once the order has been reported. A cancelled or returned order reduces the amount.
Practical tips
- Enter the tyre size in the calculator or search first, then compare the total of price and shipping across offers.
- Write down which shop you ordered from, because it is your contract partner for questions and returns.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the site, as either can break the cashback click.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
