Shopping at Kaiya Baby: shipping by region, free shipping, returns and cashback
Kaiya Baby makes sleep sacks, swaddles and baby clothing and ships from the US to several regions. The shop publishes a delivery table by region, so you can see what your country costs before you fill a basket. Below we go through the table, the free shipping threshold, duties and the return rules, which differ for Canada and Australia.
Shipping costs and times by region
The shipping page lists these standard rates in dollars and delivery times in business days, counted after a processing period of 1 to 2 business days:

Express shipping is not available for P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Embroidery orders need an extra 1 to 3 working days, and the US warehouse does not take embroidery orders.
Free shipping
Orders over US$89 ship free to the contiguous United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands do not qualify for free shipping or express. The table names Europe as one region without listing countries, and the free shipping list above does not include it, so look at the cart for your own address.
Duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not part of the item price or the shipping cost. They are the buyer's responsibility outside the US. Customs clearance can add time. The country selector offers many currencies, among them USD, CAD, AUD and GBP.
Returns and warranty
Contact the shop within 45 days of receiving the product to request a return. You send photos first, the team confirms the item is in original condition and gives you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense. The refund or replacement is arranged within 7 to 10 working days after an eligible return arrives, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Embroidered and personalized items cannot be returned. The returns page says Canada and Australia do not support returns because the return address is in the US.

Cashback with daily cashback
Open the Kaiya Baby page at daily cashback, where the current rate (6%) is shown. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once Kaiya Baby has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted again. Current offers are listed on the shop page and we check them daily.
Practical tips
- If your basket is slightly below US$89, a small extra item can cost less than the shipping fee.
- Ask support before ordering from Canada or Australia, since returns are not supported there.
- Do not use a code from another site in the same visit. A foreign code can cost you the cashback.
