Shopping at iEDM: processing time, shipping costs worldwide, customs and cashback
iEDM sells festival and rave clothing that is printed to order, from hoodies to bundle sets. Because every piece is made after you order, the delivery time has two parts, and the shipping fee depends on where you live. This guide sums up the shipping policy so you can plan before you check out.
Processing time and shipping time
iEDM splits every order into processing, which is the time it takes to print and prepare your items, and shipping, which is the carrier leg. Processing takes 1 to 10 business days depending on the item and current volume, and items marked Ready To Ship move fastest. Upgrading to a faster carrier speeds up only the shipping half. If you need the order by a certain date, the shop asks you to email [email protected] before buying.

Shipping costs inside the United States
USPS Ground costs $6.95 and is free on orders of $125 or more. Priority Mail starts at $19.95 for orders up to $150 shipping and rises with the order total, with the top tier of $39.95 shipping applying between $500.01 and $1,000.00. Priority is free above $1,000.00. Express starts at $49.95 shipping on orders up to $100 and goes up to $129.95 shipping above $1,000.00.
Shipping to Canada and the rest of the world
For addresses outside the US the shop uses a simple rule. Orders under $200 pay $30 shipping, and from $200 shipping is free. That applies to Canada, with 3 to 10 business days in transit, and to everywhere else, with 4 to 12 business days. The delivery times are estimates, and customs clearance can add days that the shop cannot influence.
Duties, taxes and customs
International parcels may be hit by import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country. They are not part of your order total and the recipient has to pay them. iEDM says it cannot predict or refund these charges, so check what your country charges on clothing before you order.
Tracking, addresses and lost parcels
You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when the order leaves iEDM, and the tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first movement. Check your address carefully at checkout, because a parcel cannot be rerouted after it has shipped. If a package is returned as undeliverable, reshipping is at your cost. When tracking says delivered but nothing is there, ask neighbours and the local carrier first and then contact iEDM within 7 days. For parcels damaged in transit, email photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Cashback through daily cashback
Open the iEDM page at daily cashback, press the button to the shop and place your order there. Your cashback (2.5%) first shows as pending and becomes confirmed after iEDM has reported the order.
