Shopping at HTVRONT: US-only shipping, delivery times, returns and cashback
HTVRONT makes heat presses, cutting machines, sublimation printers and the vinyl and blanks that go with them for crafters and small print businesses. Machines are heavy and expensive, so the delivery and return rules matter more than for a T-shirt order. We read the shipping policy, the return and refund page and the FAQ on htvront.com in October 2026. The most important point comes first: the US store delivers to the lower 48 US states only, and other regions have their own stores. The shop can change its terms, so check them again at checkout.
Which store delivers where
HTVRONT runs separate stores per region, and each has its own shipping policy. The main store on htvront.com delivers only to the contiguous 48 US states. It does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or other US territories, and the final availability is shown at checkout. Machines cannot go to P.O. Box addresses, so a street address is required. The details below apply to this US store.
- UK store: standard shipping to mainland UK is free over 39 pounds and 7.99 pounds below that. Northern Ireland has free shipping over 89 pounds. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- EU store: ships from a warehouse in Germany to Germany and selected European countries. Shipping is free in Germany, costs 4.99 euros for light parcels to countries such as Austria and the Netherlands and 14.99 euros to Switzerland, Sweden or Norway. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Australian store: free shipping over 79 Australian dollars, 20 Australian dollars below that, 4 to 10 business days after shipment.
We did not read return and warranty terms for the UK and Australian stores, so ask them before you order there. The cashback page at daily cashback is the one for htvront.com, so check the shop page for which store the offer covers.
Shipping costs and delivery time
There are two shipping services. Standard shipping is free from $49, and under $49 it costs $15 shipping. Priority shipping costs $25 under $49, and from $49 it is free shipping plus a $25 express service fee. The cart shows how far you are from free shipping. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days. After dispatch, standard shipping takes 4 to 7 days and priority shipping 3 to 5 days, which adds up to 6 to 9 days and 4 to 6 days from the order. The shop sends parcels with YunExpress, USPS, FedEx and UPS. Oversized items such as DTF machines go by truck, need 3 to 5 business days to prepare and may require a signature, so keep your phone close for the appointment.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. They have to be brand new and 100 percent unused, with all accessories and the original machine packaging, and using the machine can void the right to return it. You get the return address from support. If you return something for a reason that is your own, you pay the return shipping, and if the shop sent a wrong or damaged item, it does not charge you. The refund is arranged after the shop has received and inspected the item. Machines bought in the official store have a 365-day warranty, and in the warranty case HTVRONT pays shipping both ways. Refurbished units get 6 months of warranty and are not returnable for non-quality reasons.

Using cashback
Open the HTVRONT page at daily cashback, where the current rate (3%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- A basket just under $49 saves money when you add vinyl or blanks, because the $15 shipping disappears at $49.
