Shopping at Finbike: free shipping, delivery times, returns and cashback
Finbike sells electric bikes, electric scooters and a small gaming setup range through a Shopify store that speaks nine languages. Heavy parcels are what make shipping and returns the key topics here. The shop offers free shipping, has two warehouses and publishes a clear delivery time table. Below is what its shipping, return, warranty and payment pages say.
Delivery countries and warehouses
The shipping page lists these deliverable regions: France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Spain, the United Kingdom, Denmark and Poland, followed by "etc." Orders ship from a local warehouse, and the page makes one rule explicit: the UK warehouse delivers only within the UK, while the EU warehouse serves the EU region only. So a UK customer gets a parcel from the UK warehouse, and a customer in the EU gets one from the German warehouse. Carriers named are DPD, DHL, GLS and FedEx, and some bulky items travel by truck.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping is free on all products to every deliverable area. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days, and then transit depends on the country.

Delays of one or two business days can happen. After dispatch you get a tracking number by email. If you need to change the address, tell the shop within 24 hours of ordering, and after dispatch only the customer service can try to reach the carrier. A reshipment caused by a wrong address carries a 15 percent restocking fee, even though normal shipping is free. A lost or damaged parcel must be reported within 3 business days of the expected delivery date, with a description or pictures.
Returns and cancellations
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund before dispatch; contact the shop within 24 hours. If the parcel has shipped but not arrived, you can refuse it, and a 10 percent return fee applies. After delivery the return rules are:
- Unused product within 14 days: return it in the original packaging, and a 10 percent fee is deducted from the refund, plus you pay the return shipping.
- Used product within 30 days: a fee of 15 percent depending on condition, and the total mileage must not exceed 5 km. You pay return shipping.
- After 30 days: no returns for non-quality reasons. Accessories cannot be returned for non-quality reasons at all.
- Quality issue within 30 days: free return or exchange once customer service has approved it with photo or video.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after the product has been received and inspected. After 30 days, quality problems fall under the warranty: 2 years for e-bikes and 1 year for e-scooters, with batteries, motors and controllers covered for 12 months on bikes and 6 months on scooters. Tyres, tubes, paint and screws are excluded.
Payment and contact
