Ordering from ESR: shipping by country, returns, warranty and cashback
ESR makes phone cases, tablet cases, screen protectors, chargers and magnetic wallets, and sells them on its own shop in several regional versions. The European store at eu.esrtech.com shows prices in euros, the American one in dollars. ESR ships to 48 countries and regions, which makes the country table on its shipping costs page the most useful thing to read before you order. This guide pulls out the numbers.
Where ESR delivers
The shipping policy lists these destinations:
- Americas: Canada, Mexico, United States.
- Africa and the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Oman, Qatar.
- Asia and Pacific: Australia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Bahrain.
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Some remote areas, such as military bases or overseas territories, may not be reachable for logistical reasons.
Shipping costs and delivery time by country
The shop lists a shipping fee, a free shipping threshold and an estimated time for each country. A few examples from the table:

Mexico and the Gulf states such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar have a shipping fee of $10 in the table. Most other destinations in Asia have a shipping fee of $6 with the same $50 threshold for free shipping. The stated times run from 1 to 3 days in Germany up to 10 to 25 business days for the Philippines or Oman, so read the line for your country.
Processing, shipping times and customs
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. For Australia, Canada, Japan, the United States and Western Europe, orders usually ship from local or regional warehouses with a transit time of 3 to 7 business days. If an item is out of stock there, it ships from overseas, which the shop puts at 7 to 15 business days. Other countries are served from overseas warehouses in 10 to 25 business days. A parcel can also slow down in customs clearance in the destination country. Before an order is shipped you can cancel it in your account. Afterwards it cannot be cancelled.
Returns and warranty
Undamaged products bought on the official ESR website can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. The original packaging has to be intact and everything that was sent has to come back. The buyer pays the return shipping, and ESR refunds only the cost of the product itself, so shipping fees are not part of it. Discounted items are refunded at the discounted value. Bulk orders of more than 10 units of one product and promotional gifts are not eligible for return. You start a return through the request form with your order number and email address.
Quality problems are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Scanning the insert card in the package and joining the Super User programme upgrades it to 24 months. For items bought on Amazon, Kickstarter or from a reseller, the seller's return rules apply.
Payment
ESR accepts PayPal, major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover) and Klarna. Without a PayPal account you can pay by card on the PayPal page.
Cashback with daily cashback
Open the ESR page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) is shown. Press the shop button there, then choose your accessories and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once ESR has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can replace our click and cost you the cashback. Current offers are listed on the shop page, and we check them daily.
