Shipping cost by region
Standard shipping inside Italy costs 8 € and becomes free from an order value of 150 €. The shop uses four zones:

Delivery time and carriers
Delivery inside Italy takes 24 to 48 hours. Europe and the rest of the world take 3 to 5 days. The shop calls these times indicative. In Italy the carrier is GLS, abroad it is DHL and FedEx. After your order you receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next day, and during sales periods delays are possible because of the number of orders.
Customs outside the EU
For Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, this matters: the shop says customs costs are always paid by the buyer, even when you send the parcel back. Add them to your calculation before you order, and do not expect them to be refunded in a return.
Returns within 14 days
You have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, never worn or used, with tags and in the original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is accepted you get a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a Rever request are not accepted. The refund goes to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest after approval, your bank may need more time to show it. According to the terms, the customer bears the cost of returning goods. If an item arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact the shop at once, the Rever process works for this as well.
The legal guarantee for defects is two years from delivery, and the terms add a commercial guarantee whose length is stated on the product page.
Payment
The terms of service say payment is possible by the credit cards shown on the site and by PayPal. The money is charged when the shop sends the order confirmation email. Shipping cost is not part of the product price and is shown before you pay.
