The main shop at astroai.com is built for the United States, and other countries have their own sites. That matters for anyone outside the US: this page explains who the .com shop delivers to, what shipping costs, how the 30-day return works and how the warranty fits in. Prices are in dollars.
Which shop for which country
The shipping policy says orders on astroai.com are delivered within the United States only. For other countries the shop points to its own sites: ca.astroai.com for Canada, mx.astroai.com for Mexico, uk.astroai.com for the UK, de.astroai.com for Germany, fr.astroai.com for France, es.astroai.com for Spain, jp.astroai.com for Japan and au.astroai.com for Australia. Our cashback link leads to the US shop, so it fits US addresses. The shop does not ship to PO boxes, Hawaii or Alaska.
Shipping cost and speed
US standard shipping uses UPS, FedEx, USPS or Amazon Logistics and takes 2 to 5 business days. Orders with two or more items ship free for most products, while orders below that threshold pay a $6.99 shipping fee. The shipping page adds that some products have their own shipping rules, so look at the product page. A banner on the site mentions free shipping regardless of order amount, which does not match the page, so the checkout is the reliable source.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. An order placed after the cut-off time is handled the next business day, and nothing leaves the distribution centres at weekends. You cannot ship one order to several addresses, so place a separate order for each address. Gift orders carry no prices on the packing slip.
Returns, refunds and warranty
An unsatisfactory product can be exchanged or fully refunded within 30 days of the original purchase date, and only shipping fees apply. There is no restocking fee. For a product fault AstroAI provides a prepaid return label and covers the shipping, while for personal reasons the buyer pays. To start, email [email protected] with the order number, and the shop replies within 24 to 48 working hours. Refunds are not processed for non-quality problems after the 30 days.
Every product also carries a warranty whose length differs by model. It covers personal use only, not commercial or rental use. For a quality claim you send the order number plus photos, video or the serial number. AstroAI then sends a replacement or, if that is not possible, a partial refund based on usage time.

Payment and taxes
