Needone: free shipping in the US, returns and cashback
Needone sells cigar humidors, cabinets and accessories, and the shop also lists wine coolers and ice makers. It is operated by a Hong Kong company, but the shop ships from the United States. For orders it helps to know where it delivers, what shipping costs, how long a humidor takes to arrive and how the return process works.
Where Needone delivers
You can currently order Needone products in the United States. The shipping page says the shop ships from the United States and that other countries or regions are temporarily unavailable. You enter the shipping address at checkout, and that is the point where the shop shows whether an item is in stock for your area. If you live outside the US, check there before you plan on a purchase.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. The shop does not refund the original shipping cost if you return something later.
How long delivery takes
The total delivery time is the processing time plus the shipping time. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Most orders take 3 to 7 business days, and a few take 15 to 30 business days because items have to be restocked. Business days run Monday to Friday, except holidays. The shipping time counts from the day of dispatch, not from the order date, and an invalid address or customs clearance can make it longer. If the parcel does not arrive on time, email support and the shop says it will find a reasonable solution.
The shipping page also says you are responsible for import taxes and duties charged at customs. Needone cannot give advice on rates in your country, so ask your local customs agency or post office.
Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy, contact the shop within 30 days of receiving the item and it will process your return or exchange request. Requests after 30 days are not honored. The item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Items sent back without approval are not accepted.
The process has three steps. Email support with photos or videos and your order number, and the team decides within 2 business days whether the return is eligible. If it is, you get the return address and instructions. The shop inspects the parcel within 3 to 5 working days and then sends a replacement or a refund. If the return is due to the shop, for example a wrong product or a quality problem, you get a full refund. If you simply do not want the item or ordered the wrong size, you pay the return freight. The shop says no restocking fee is charged. Use a tracked service, since the shop is not responsible for lost returns. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 to 3 working days after approval.
You can cancel an order if you contact the shop before the parcel is shipped. Once it is on its way, cancellation is no longer possible.
Warranty
All products come with a standard 12 month warranty.
Payment
The shop accepts PayPal and credit cards. Card payments run through the PayPal gateway, and you do not need a PayPal account for them. The FAQ adds that the shop may ask you to verify your identity when you pay by card, in which case you receive an email with instructions.

Using cashback
Open the Needone page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button and order as normal. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Needone has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A code from another site can cancel the cashback, so use only the offers on the page.
Practical tips
- Humidors are bulky, so check the delivery address and that someone can receive the parcel.
- Keep the packaging until the 30 days have passed.
- Email replies come on business days between 9am and 6pm Hong Kong time, so allow for the time difference.
