Findlys: business plans, free listing, bookings and cashback
Findlys is a local business directory. Visitors search for restaurants, car services, beauty and wellness providers, home services, hotels and rentals, read reviews and save favourites, and there is an app for iPhone and Android. Businesses can create a listing and, on paid plans, accept bookings. Findlys sells no physical goods, so this guide is about the plans, what each one includes and how to get help.
What Findlys is for
On the consumer side nothing is sold. You browse categories, compare ratings and save places, and a free account is enough to bookmark listings. The money comes from business owners who want to be found. The "For business" page explains that a listing shows opening hours, photos, services, a price menu and customer reviews, and that bookings go through the listing where the plan and listing type allow it. Owners manage their listing, photos and reviews from a dashboard.

Extended is listed at $24.95 per month and Premium at $34.95 per month, so the step up from the free plan is a recurring monthly payment rather than a one-off fee. Basic is described as available at no cost, with one active standard listing and customer reviews. Extended and Premium also include featured listings and online bookings. Bookings depend on your listing type and booking settings as well as on the plan. If you run several locations, the listing allowance is the number to compare.
Where it works
Findlys is a website and app, so there is no shipping, no delivery address and no customs. The sample listings on the home page are in US cities and the prices are in $. The site does not publish a list of supported countries, so check that your area has listings before you pay for a plan.
Cancelling, refunds and support
If cancellation or refunds matter to you, ask support before you subscribe, since the For business page only gives the monthly price of the paid plans. Support is reachable at [email protected], and the site also has a contact page, a FAQ page and an AI assistant chat.
Using cashback
Open the Findlys page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 15%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then sign up for your plan and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Findlys has reported the order. If a payment is refunded, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Start with the free Basic listing and upgrade only when you need more locations or bookings.
- Compare the number of listings and gallery images before you choose between Extended and Premium.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Keep other voucher or cashback sites closed while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
