ContentBASE: how the download, license and no-refund rule work
ContentBASE sells promo content bundles for businesses, entrepreneurs, marketers and influencers: ready-made social media designs and Canva templates sorted by topics such as fitness, yoga, beauty, fashion, real estate, restaurants, consultancy and e-commerce. Nothing is posted to you, so shipping and delivery times do not apply. What counts instead is how you receive the files, what you may do with them and what happens if you change your mind. The shop answers these on its home page and in its terms of service.
How you get the files
The home page describes three steps: browse the bundles, pay through a trusted processor, then download the content whenever you like. After payment the terms say the product is delivered by digital download or email. The shop describes the templates as yours forever, and you can edit and customize them as often as you want.
Payment and currency
ContentBASE supports Stripe and PayPal. The terms state that all prices are in USD and that payment goes through a secure payment gateway. The shop also reserves the right to change its prices at any time without notice, so the amount at checkout is the one that counts.
What the licence allows
- You may buy and use the designs for commercial use.
- You may publish the templates on social media.
- You may not resell the templates as they are, and you may not redistribute them as they are.
- Photos inside the templates cannot be resold as they are.
- The shop gives no sublicence except for use on social media.
ContentBASE says it is not officially affiliated with Canva. Some designs contain images from third-party sources such as Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay or Canva, which the shop says are licensed for commercial use.
Refunds and discontinued bundles
This is the point to read twice. According to the refund section of the terms, once a customer has purchased credits or other products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for understanding what they buy, and the shop asks you to contact it with questions before purchase. There is therefore no return window to rely on. ContentBASE also reserves the right to close bundles or even the whole website at any time without notice and recommends downloading purchased content early.

Using cashback
Open the ContentBASE page at daily cashback, where the current rate is 25% and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then buy as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as pending and becomes confirmed once ContentBASE has reported the order. Because the shop does not take purchases back, there is normally nothing to deduct.
Practical tips
- Read the bundle description and look at the preview before you pay, since you cannot send it back afterwards.
- Download and save your files right after the purchase.
- Pick the bundle by the topic you actually post about instead of buying the largest one.
- Finish the order in one visit, pause your ad blocker on the shop, and keep other cashback sites closed so the click is not replaced.
Questions before buying can go to the shop through the contact page. The terms can change without notice, so read them again before you pay.
