The order first appears as open. After CASECESS approves it, usually once the return window has closed, the amount is released.
Why was my purchase at CASECESS not recorded?
To be recorded, an order needs a click from our page right before it, cookies switched on and no other price or code site visited in between. If one of these is missing, the shop cannot link the order to your account.
Is the CASECESS rate always the same?
No. The shop can change it. The current value is 7.5% and we update it every day.
