Report a code

Found a voucher we are not showing yet, or a code that no longer works for you? Let us know. A good code can sit on top of your cashback at the shops that allow it.

How to report a code

Email us at [email protected] and tell us the shop and the code. The more detail you give us, for example whether the code failed at login, in the basket, or at checkout, the faster we can check it. We look into it the same day.

Cashback missing instead?

If a purchase does not show up in your cashback account, raise a claim under Missing Cashback after you sign in.
