Shopping at YesStyle: shipping rates by country, customs, returns and cashback
YesStyle sells Korean, Japanese and other Asian beauty products, fashion, health supplements and lifestyle items, and it ships to well over a hundred countries and regions. Every order is processed and shipped from a warehouse in Hong Kong, so delivery time and the rules around tax, customs and returns matter more here than at a local shop. The shipping rates below were valid when this guide was written, and the table on the shop's help page is the one that counts for your country.
Shipping rates and times by country
The shop shows a different table for each destination, depending on the country you pick. Rates apply to the order total, gift wrapping fees not included. The time is in working days and comes on top of product availability. Here are some examples.

The US also has an express option: shipping is free from US$ 200, US$ 9 between US$ 80 and US$ 200 and US$ 20 below US$ 80. For beauty items and supplements only the standard option is available, so place separate orders if you want something else sent express. Some beauty items and supplements cannot be shipped to certain countries because of courier restrictions, and the shop does not ship to Northern Ireland at the moment.
Who delivers and what tracking you get
Express orders go with couriers such as UPS, FedEx, EMS or DHL and always have a tracking number. Standard and Premium Standard orders travel by post and may or may not be trackable. If a parcel comes back as undeliverable, reshipping costs handling plus the regular shipping fee again, even if the first shipment was free.
VAT, customs and the EU parcel tax
Prices include VAT for EU customers, who are not charged extra VAT on delivery. Since July 1, 2026 the EU applies a tax of €3 per customs product category on parcels under €150 coming from outside the EU, and the shop states that it currently pays this in full, so your order total stays the same. UK and Swiss prices include VAT, which is also added to the shipping fee at checkout. For other customs charges, YesStyle refunds them on orders under US$ 1,000 if you send the payment receipt within 30 days, and the amount arrives as shop balance.
Returns and refunds
Request a return authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receiving the items, then send the parcel within 30 days of the RMA date. Opened beauty products and supplements, buy-one-get-one items, clearance items marked as final, lucky bundles and hygiene items such as swimwear, underwear, earrings and wigs cannot be returned.
The default refund is YesStyle Credit, usually granted within 7 days of processing. If you prefer your money on the original payment method, say so when you request the return. That can take up to 14 business days to show. Coupon discounts and shipping fees are not refunded, and you pay the shipping for an unwanted return. For defective or wrong items, contact customer service with photos. If the item is confirmed defective, the return shipping is credited when you used air mail or registered mail.
Payment
Payment is made in the currency you choose at checkout. For euro payments the shop lists PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Your own bank may add foreign transaction fees because YesStyle is based in Hong Kong.
Using cashback
Open the YesStyle page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, choose your country and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after YesStyle has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item reduces the amount for that item, and a refund taken as YesStyle Credit counts as a return too.
Tips before you order
- Pick your country first, because the free shipping limit and the time differ per destination.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher tabs closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
