Shopping at Vivere London: international shipping, duties and returns
Vivere London is a British womenswear label that sends its orders from the UK, and it ships to customers well beyond Britain. What you pay depends on where the parcel goes, and the return rules differ by region too. This guide collects the delivery and returns terms from the shop's own pages, with the focus on buyers outside the UK.
Delivery prices by region
Everything ships from the UK. Inside Britain, Royal Mail Tracked shipping costs £3.50 and takes 2 to 4 business days. Next day shipping by DHL costs £7.95 if you order before 1pm. Remote addresses can take longer than 24 hours. Free UK shipping only applies to orders over £200 and is applied automatically at checkout.
International orders go with DHL and are sent DDP, which stands for Delivery Duties Paid. The shop states that customers will not be charged additional import fees. The shop quotes 1 to 4 business days for all three zones:

- USA and Canada shipping: £20.00
- Rest of World shipping: £20.00
A business day means Monday to Friday, without bank holidays. Orders placed over a weekend are collected by the shipping agent on the next working day. The page names regions, not individual countries, so the basket shows whether your address falls into one of them.
Returns from abroad
You have 14 days after receiving the order to request a return, an exchange or store credit, and a further 14 days to post the item back. All requests go through the shop's returns portal, where you enter the order number, pick the items, choose return, exchange or store credit and print a label. The shop does not offer free returns. Return postage costs £3 from the UK, £15 from the EU and £20 from the rest of the world.
Items have to be unworn, unused, in original condition, with tags and in the original packaging. Made to order or personalised items, sealed hygiene products once opened and requests after the 14 days are excluded. Exchanges work inside the UK only. Customers abroad can get a refund, or take store credit and use it for a different item. Approved refunds are paid within 14 days after the parcel arrives, back to the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged goods are handled separately: you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund at no cost, and the portal asks for a description and clear photos.
