Where the German Ulike store delivers
The shipping table lists three groups: Germany, the other EU member states and Switzerland. Orders go to one address only. If you want to send gifts to several people, you place a separate order for each address. PO boxes are not accepted as delivery addresses.

Standard orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 working days. Express orders placed before 8 a.m. CEST ship the same day, later ones the next working day. After you order, a confirmation email arrives first, and a second email with the tracking number follows when the parcel is on its way. For international shipping the shop quotes 7 to 15 days.
Customs and damage in transit
Parcels from the German logistics centre to EU member states are free of customs. In other countries, local taxes and import duties can come on top of the shown prices, and the buyer or recipient pays them. If you are unsure, ask your local customs office before ordering. Report damage or loss within 7 days after delivery and attach photos of the damaged item.
Returns, refunds and the 100-day guarantee
