SUNJOY UK sells gazebos, pergolas, carports, garden houses and outdoor furniture. Most of it is bulky, so the delivery rules matter more here than at a clothes shop. The shop is a UK store: it delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom only, which is the first thing to know if you live anywhere else.
Where SUNJOY UK delivers
The shipping policy says the shop currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery is for the mainland. Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man are named as not covered. PO boxes and BFPO addresses are excluded too. Some large items cannot go to remote islands at all, so the policy asks you to contact customer service before ordering. The footer of the site offers a country switch with United States, Canada, Germany and France, which are separate stores with their own rules.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Standard shipping is free on orders to the mainland UK. Express delivery fees are worked out at checkout. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, and in busy periods such as seasonal sales or holidays this can stretch to 3 to 4 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. The shop points out that these are estimates and can shift with weather or courier delays.
Heavy and oversized items
Gazebos, pergolas and large furniture may come by pallet. Delivery is kerbside unless the product page says otherwise, and the courier may call to agree a time. Someone has to be at the address to receive and sign. If you cannot get the parcel past your front gate, think about this before you order. A tracking number arrives by email once the order ships. Returns and damaged goods
You can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. You file the request online with your order number and six clear photos: the packaging before and after opening, the shipping label and the product details. After approval you have 7 days to send it back. The refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the shop has received and checked the goods. Outbound shipping is not refunded unless the return is down to the shop, and if your order had free shipping the actual cost can be deducted when there is no defect.
Assembled items, custom-made products and clearance or final sale items are not accepted back unless faulty or damaged. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, email the shop within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Open the SUNJOY UK page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the latest offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once SUNJOY has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Check your postcode against the remote-area list before you pay, since those addresses are not delivered.
- Measure the route from the kerb to the place where the structure will stand, because delivery ends at the kerb.
- Keep the original packaging until the structure is assembled, as assembled items cannot be returned.
- The shop applies only one discount or promotion per order, so choose before checkout.
