Ordering from SK-LED: shipping zones, delivery times, returns and cashback
SK-LED is a German online shop for LED strips, aluminium profiles, power supplies and controllers, run from Gummersbach. It ships well beyond Germany, and the price depends on the zone your address falls into. This guide walks through the zones, delivery times, returns and payment so you can work out the real cost before you fill a basket.
Shipping costs by country
Inside Germany the flat shipping fee is 6.90 EUR per order. Parcels with accessories from the LED strip category carry a special shipping fee of 2 EUR. Orders from 150 EUR (gross) ship free of charge. For other countries the shop uses three zones, and every price below includes VAT:

Bulky goods means long items such as LED profiles. They travel with GLS only, and the checkout shows the matching shipping method automatically. If you live in the UK or Switzerland, ask customer service before ordering whether extra import charges can apply to your parcel.
How fast it ships
For items in stock the shop normally sends the parcel within 24 hours of the order on working days. Inside Germany DHL or GLS deliver in 1 to 2 working days, and DHL Packstation delivery is possible. If you need it quickly, choose DHL Express: when payment arrives by 1 pm on a working day, the goods go out the same day and usually arrive the next working day. Bulky goods are excluded from Express. Collection at the shop is not possible.
Shipping starts once your payment has arrived. Prepayment by bank transfer and direct debit can therefore delay dispatch. If some items are briefly unavailable, SK-LED may split the order, and the second parcel carries no additional shipping cost.
Returns and complaints
As a consumer you can withdraw from the order within 31 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The goods must be unused and undamaged, and you pay the return postage yourself. Cut-to-length LED strips are made to your measurements and cannot be returned. Business customers have different terms, and withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders.
If something arrives damaged, write to the shop within 5 working days and attach photos. For a wrong or missing item, send the order number and a photo. The legal two-year warranty applies to all products. To start any return, send a short message by email or through the contact form and wait for the return instructions before you ship anything back.
Payment
The shop accepts prepayment by bank transfer (pay within 7 days), PayPal, credit card and SEPA direct debit. Purchase on invoice is open only to public institutions after approval. You cannot combine several payment methods in one order.
Cashback on your order
Open the SK-LED page at daily cashback, where the current cashback (5%) is shown. Press the shop button, then order as usual. The cashback appears in your free account as open and turns confirmed once SK-LED has reported the order. If you return goods, the cashback for those items is deducted. Use no other voucher or cashback site during the same visit, because a later click can replace the first one.
