Where Riccar ships
Riccar ships within the USA, with a list of exceptions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and the Armed Forces regions (Africa, Canada, Europe, Middle East and Pacific). Shipping costs and delivery time

Returns
Any purchase from riccar.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, for any reason other than a manufacturing defect. Returns should be shipped in their original packaging, and after 30 days there is no refund or return. Online shop or local dealer
Riccar sells through its own shop and through dealers. The return text speaks of sending the item back "to the dealer", and the warranty route also goes through your local dealer, so the retailer finder on the site is useful if you want a machine demonstrated before you buy.
