Poster Master: shipping abroad, 30-day returns and cashback
Poster Master sells wall art prints, canvases and framed pieces, and every order is packed in a fulfillment center in Irvine, California. The store lets you pick from a long list of countries, so it is worth knowing what the shop says about shipping abroad, delivery times, returns and what cannot be sent back. That is what this guide covers, together with the steps for cashback.
Countries the shop lists
The country selector in the shop header offers 36 destinations, all shown in US dollars: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. Inside the US the shop also delivers to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Shipping costs and delivery time
The shipping policy and the banner on every page say free shipping on all orders, with expedited shipping available as an upgrade. The help center is not fully consistent here: one answer mentions free shipping above $59 and a flat $5.95 below it. The shipping you see at checkout is the one that counts.

These are estimates, not promises. The shop works with several carriers and picks one for your address and product, so you cannot choose the carrier. In November and December delivery can take longer. A parcel counts as lost after 15 business days for US and EU orders and after 21 business days for other international orders; only then can a replacement be sent.
Returns and refunds
The refund policy gives you 30 days from the purchase date to submit a return request. Items must come back in original condition and in the original packaging or a similar tube or box. Return shipping is at your own cost, and the shop does not provide return labels. If a returned print arrives damaged, the shop refunds only half of the price. Help center answers also mention a return fee of $6.95 for returns that are not damaged or wrong items, and some of its figures differ from the policy page, for example a 14-day window. Use the refund policy as your reference and ask customer service if your case is unclear.
Personalized posters cannot be returned or refunded. Frames fall under the same limits, and the framing service fee is not refundable. If something arrives damaged, send detailed photos within 7 days of receipt and keep the packaging. After approval the refund goes back to the original payment method within about 5 days.
Payment
The help center lists Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment by invoice is not offered.
Using cashback
Open the Poster Master page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) is shown. The listing there is for the US store, so check the page if you plan to order from another country. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item is deducted again. Use only offers from that page, because a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
