Plankpad: shipping rates for 34 countries, returns and cashback

Plankpad is a training board for plank exercises: your phone or tablet lies on the board, and the app turns your movements into games and workouts. The shop belongs to the Dutch company Passionfruit B.V. and sells the Plankpad PRO and the Plankpad STUDIO. The shipping page lists a rate for each European country, so you can see the cost before you order. Here are the rates, the delivery time and the return rules.

Shipping rates by country

All prices on the shop include statutory VAT. You choose your shipping country first, and the shop ships only to addresses in that country. The rates are in euros:

Parcels go out with DHL, GLS, UPS and FedEx. For destinations outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the shop points out that import VAT, local taxes, duties and customs clearance fees of the carrier may be charged on delivery.

How long delivery takes

Orders usually leave the warehouse on the same day. Delivery within Europe takes 2 to 4 working days depending on where you live. After dispatch you get an email with a tracking link.

What is in the box

The delivery contains the Plankpad with its foam padding, a floor mat against slipping, a 30-day challenge poster with 12 plank variations and a short guide. The app is a separate free download for iOS and Android. A premium subscription is optional and billed monthly through the app store.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it: unused, complete and, where possible, in the original packaging. You start the return with the withdrawal link at the bottom of the shop and enclose the receipt or proof of purchase. If you withdraw from the contract, you pay the direct cost of sending the goods back. Purchases made in the USA or Canada have their own return address.

The refund goes back to the original payment method after the shop has received and checked the return. Your bank or card company may need a few more days to book it. For a different item, the quickest way is to return the one you have and place a separate order once the return is accepted. If a product arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact [email protected] straight away.

Using cashback

Open the Plankpad page at daily cashback, where the current rate (7.5%) is listed. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has approved the order. A returned board is deducted.

Practical tips

  • Choose your shipping country in the shop first, because the prices and the shipping rate depend on it.
  • Outside the EU, ask your customs office what is due on delivery.
  • Use only one cashback or voucher site per order, since the last click counts.
