Shopping at Piscifun: US-only shipping, returns and cashback
Piscifun sells fishing reels, rods, combos and tackle accessories from a warehouse in Edison, New Jersey. If you live outside the United States, the first thing to know is that the shop currently sends parcels to addresses in the US only. The rest of this guide covers what a US order costs, how fast it arrives and what happens if you return something.
Where Piscifun ships
The shipping page says the shop delivers to the United States only and that services for other countries are being prepared. Buyers in the UK, Canada or Europe therefore cannot check out with a foreign address at the moment. Carriers are USPS, FedEx and UPS, and the page asks you to follow the website for news on other countries.
Shipping costs in the US
Standard shipping is priced by order value:
- $0.00 to $9.99: $3.58 shipping
- $10.00 to $29.99: $4.43 shipping
- $30.00 to $48.98: $6.64 shipping
- $48.99 and up: free shipping
Fishing rods are excluded from this scale. Some rods need oversized protective packaging, so the shop adds a shipping surcharge that depends on the packaging and carrier handling of each model rather than on length or weight alone. Duties and taxes are not prepaid in the shipping fee and remain the customer's responsibility.
Delivery time
Piscifun quotes 3 to 5 business days, with weekends and holidays not counted. Orders placed after Friday are processed on the next working day. A banner on the site also warns that severe weather in some areas can add 2 to 3 days. The shop says all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and it sends a tracking number when one is available.
Returns and warranty
If you change your mind within 24 hours of ordering, you can ask to cancel and the shop will try to intercept the shipment. After delivery you have 30 days to request a return or exchange. Items must be new, unused and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories. Write to [email protected] first to get a return authorization, and include your order number and the tracking number of the parcel you send back.
When the item arrived damaged or the shop sent the wrong one, Piscifun pays the return shipping. For a change of mind you pay it yourself. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and the shop processes them within 1 to 2 business days after the carrier shows the parcel as returned. A used item cannot be returned, but a one-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original buyer with proof of purchase.
Payment
You can pay with PayPal or with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. The shop does not accept personal checks, money orders, bank transfers or cash on delivery. Coupon codes must be applied with the Apply button before you press Complete order, and the shop notes that discounts and promotional gifts cannot be combined.

Using cashback
Open the Piscifun page at daily cashback, where you see the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. The cashback appears as open in your free account and turns confirmed once Piscifun has reported the order. If you return an item, its share is deducted again. Using a code from another site during the same visit can cost you the cashback.
Practical tips
- A basket at $44 or $45 is close to the free shipping line, so a small extra item may cost less than the $6.64 fee.
- Order rods separately from small accessories so you can see the rod surcharge at checkout before you pay.
- Use a US delivery address that can receive USPS, FedEx and UPS parcels, and keep the tracking number.
