PCHUB UK: delivery rates, Europe shipping, returns and cashback
PCHUB (pchub.uk) is a UK retailer, trading as PcHub.UK, that sells laptops, PC hardware and accessories in pounds sterling. Its delivery page sets out rates for the UK, for Ireland and Europe, and for the rest of the world. This guide collects delivery costs, times, return rules and the cashback steps.
Delivery in the UK
For UK mainland addresses the shop offers three speeds:
- Standard delivery in 2 to 5 working days for £4.95 shipping
- Eco delivery in up to 7 working days, free of charge
- Express delivery on the next working day for £14.99 shipping, if you order before 1 PM
The Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland pay the standard rate plus an additional £4 to £8 depending on the postcode, calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within one working day of full payment, and you get a tracking link by email or SMS. Couriers named are Royal Mail, DPD and DHL. Express and some standard parcels may need a signature. During sales and holidays, allow 2 to 3 extra working days for dispatch.
Delivery to Ireland, Europe and worldwide
The delivery page lists the Republic of Ireland and Europe as one zone with two options. Standard Europe delivery takes 5 to 10 working days and costs £10.95 shipping. Express Europe delivery takes 2 to 5 working days and costs £14.95 shipping. For the rest of the world the page gives a typical range of £15 to £25 shipping depending on the destination, with an estimated delivery of 7 to 14 working days.
| Zone | Option | Cost and time |
|---|---|---|
| UK mainland | Standard | £4.95 shipping, 2 to 5 working days |
| UK mainland | Eco | Free shipping, up to 7 working days |
| UK mainland | Express | £14.99 shipping, next working day |
| Ireland and Europe | Standard | £10.95 shipping, 5 to 10 working days |
| Ireland and Europe | Express | £14.95 shipping, 2 to 5 working days |
| Worldwide | Standard | £15 to £25 shipping, 7 to 14 working days |
One thing to know: the shop's separate FAQ page still says it ships within the UK only. Since the delivery page and the FAQ differ, check at checkout whether your country is accepted before you rely on an overseas order.
Customs, VAT and payment
Prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Outside the UK the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import VAT and taxes. A foreign bank or card provider may add currency conversion fees. The shop accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express, plus Apple Pay where available, processed by the gateway Cardstream. Payment in full is needed at purchase.
Returns and warranty
If you change your mind you may return an item within 14 days of receipt. Email the shop for a return reference and address. Parcels without a return number cannot be accepted. You send the goods back at your own cost with an insured, signed-for service, in original condition with all packaging, accessories and documents. A restocking charge may apply otherwise. Refunds, minus delivery costs, go to the original payment method, and the shop says to allow up to 10 working days after it receives the parcel.
If an item arrives damaged, sign for it as damaged where possible and contact the shop within 48 hours with photos. The shop then arranges a free return and sends a replacement. Faults after the first 14 days go through the manufacturer warranty, which is one year on standard products unless the product page says otherwise. Refurbished items may have different terms.
Cashback at PCHUB
Open the PCHUB page at daily cashback, where the current rate (0.75%) is shown next to the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as normal. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed after PCHUB has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted. Keep other cashback and coupon sites closed during your visit, because a later click or a foreign code can cost you the cashback.
