Buying car parts at Motointegrator: delivery countries, shipping costs and returns

· 2026-10-15

Motointegrator is a car parts shop run from Berlin by Cleverlog-Autoteile GmbH. It sells spare parts, tyres, oils, tools and accessories, and it ships across a good part of the EU. If you are planning an order from outside Germany, the shipping table is the part worth reading first. We went through the shipping page and the withdrawal terms on motointegrator.de in October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so check the checkout before you pay.

Which countries Motointegrator delivers to

The shipping page lists these destinations besides Germany: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Switzerland, Norway, Poland and the United Kingdom do not appear in the table, so for those addresses we cannot confirm delivery from the shop's own pages. The shop also runs separate country versions, listed at the bottom of the page for Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Finland, Portugal and Sweden. Prices are shown in euro.

Shipping cost per country

Within Germany the shop charges a flat 6.99 EUR per order, and tyres are delivered free of charge across Germany. Tyres always travel in pairs and in a separate parcel, and collecting an order yourself is not possible. For other countries the shop lists these prices:

CountryShipping
Austria9.99 EUR shipping
Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal11.99 EUR shipping
Luxembourg12.99 EUR shipping
Finland, Spain14.99 EUR shipping
Denmark16.99 EUR shipping
Sweden18.99 EUR shipping
Ireland, Malta, Cyprus21.99 EUR shipping

Two footnotes matter if you live on an island or order fluids. France, Portugal and Spain are marked as excluding the Canary Islands, the Portuguese islands and the French overseas departments. Oils cannot be delivered to Cyprus or Malta. Bulky items carry a surcharge per item on top of the standard rate, and the amount is shown on the product page.

Delivery times and carriers

The shop ships with DHL, DHL Kleinpaket, UPS or Raben. In Germany the stated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days when the item is in the main warehouse and 4 to 6 days when it has to come from a regional warehouse. In particular cases it can reach 7 to 14 days, and the product page says so. Deliveries to other EU countries take 1 to 4 working days longer than to Germany. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

An express option exists at checkout: order and pay by 12:00 and the parcel goes out the same day for delivery on the next working day. Within Germany the shipping costs 13.90 EUR on top of the 6.99 EUR standard rate. Express is only offered in selected countries, only when every item in the basket qualifies, and bulky goods and tyres are excluded.

Returns and withdrawal

Consumers have 30 days from receiving the last item to withdraw from a purchase of goods (14 days for services). You tell the shop by email, by letter or through the online form on its site, and then send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. The return postage is yours. The shop refunds your payments, including the original standard delivery, within 14 days of getting your notice, to the same payment method, and it may wait until the goods are back. If you reduce the value of an item by handling it more than needed to test it, you cover that loss. Please do not send parcels back unpaid.

Using cashback

The Motointegrator page at daily cashback shows the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we have found, with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there and order as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as pending and turns confirmed once Motointegrator has reported the order. If an item goes back, the share for that item is deducted.

Practical tips

  • Shipping is per order, not per item, so combine parts for one car into one basket instead of three small orders.
  • Check the delivery country in the footnotes before ordering oils or sending anything to an island.
  • Finish the order in one session and pause your ad blocker on the shop, otherwise the click can get lost.
