MiiN Cosmetics abroad: shipping by country, free-delivery limits and returns
MiiN Cosmetics is a Barcelona-based online shop for Korean skincare, with a German storefront at miin-cosmetics.de. Orders from there reach a good part of Europe, but the price of shipping depends heavily on where you live. We read the shipping and delivery page and the FAQ in October 2026. This is what they say about countries, costs, returns and payment.
Which countries are served
The shop says it delivers across Europe. The delivery table on the German shop lists Germany plus Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Cyprus, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Serbia, Slovakia and Slovenia. Other countries have their own MiiN shops (Spain, Italy, France, Portugal and the UK show up in the country selector). If your country is not in the table, the shop asks you to write to its customer service.

Inside Germany the page says orders go out with UPS, while a banner at the top of the shop mentions DHL, so the carrier may vary. Outside Germany delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, and the exact cost and time are shown before you complete the order. During launches, sales and Black Friday deliveries can be late, and the shop says it will email you if that happens. Customs for Switzerland and Norway are not covered on the page, so look at the total at checkout.
Cancelling and returning
You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it, through the link in the confirmation email or under order details in your account. After that the order is already being prepared. For a return, or if you received a wrong or damaged item, write to customer service within 15 calendar days of receiving the parcel. Products have to be unused, unopened and in the original packaging, and any free gifts or samples must come back complete too. The refund goes to the original payment method after the parcel is checked, with shipping and handling costs deducted. If the reason is a defect or a mistake by the shop, all costs including shipping are refunded.
Payment
According to the FAQ you can pay by Sofortüberweisung, credit card or PayPal.
Using cashback
Open the MiiN Cosmetics page at daily cashback, where you find the current rate (up to 5%). Press the shop button and order as normal. In your free account the cashback is shown as pending first and turns confirmed once MiiN has reported the order, normally after the return period. Returned products reduce the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- The free shipping limit is higher abroad, €55 or €60 instead of €35. If you are €5 short, compare the cost of one more item with the fee.
- Because opened products cannot be returned, test a new serum on a small area of skin only after you have decided to keep it.
- Finish the order in one go and avoid clicking other cashback or voucher sites meanwhile.
