Shopping at Magna Grill: shipping to Germany, Austria and Switzerland, returns and cashback
Magna Grill is a charcoal and barbecue shop based in Lüneburg, Germany, selling coconut briquettes, grill charcoal, table grills, firelighters and smoking chips. Shipping cost and time by country
The shipping page lists three countries with their own prices. Inside Germany, shipping is free and takes 2 to 4 working days. To Austria, shipping costs 7.99 € and delivery takes 2 to 8 working days. For Switzerland the shop quotes 39.99 € shipping, also with 2 to 8 working days. If you are buying for Switzerland, weigh the value of the goods against that shipping fee. Other countries are not in the shipping table.

For shipments abroad, the shop warns that customs, taxes and fees may apply and are not included in the displayed total. Prices are shown in euros. The general terms give 5 working days from receipt of payment for items in stock, while the shipping page says 2 to 4 working days to Germany. If you are working to a fixed barbecue date, plan for the longer period. If an item is sold out, you can pre-order it by sending the shop an enquiry.
Payment
According to the terms you can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (Sofort, invoice, instalments), PayPal or bank transfer in advance. With advance payment the transfer is due within 7 calendar days of the contract. You always receive an invoice.
Withdrawal and returns
As a consumer you can withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you receive the goods. Send a clear statement to Magna GmbH, Otto-Brenner-Straße 7, 21337 Lüneburg, or by email to [email protected]. The shop offers a model form and a withdrawal page. You must send the goods back within fourteen days of telling the shop, and you bear the direct cost of the return. The refund follows no later than fourteen days after the notice, to the payment method you used. A return from Austria or Switzerland means international postage, so ask customer service about the best route before you ship.

There is also a contact form, parcel tracking runs through DPD or DHL using the number from the shipping confirmation, and the site has a grill magazine with guides. For large quantities there is a link in the footer for ordering charcoal by the pallet.
Using cashback

In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Magna Grill has reported the order. A return reduces the amount for the goods you send back.
