Shopping at Maceoo: shipping, 30-day returns and orders from abroad
Maceoo sells men's designer shirts, blazers, jeans, shoes, swimwear and fragrances, and it also runs private fittings for custom suits. The shop writes its delivery and return rules for US orders, with a separate note for orders from abroad. If you plan to order from outside the United States, read this before you fill the basket.
Where Maceoo ships
The site banner says free shipping and 30-day returns, and the return policy sets the details. Domestic shipping is free for orders over $50, and Maceoo pays the domestic shipping charges, including the label for domestic returns. For international orders the shop states that it is not responsible for international shipping charges, return shipping charges, duty or tax. So the extra cost of an order abroad lands on you. Dispatch and delivery
Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific time are shipped the next business day. Holidays, weather and other events can delay delivery, and the shop says it cannot control that. Once an order is placed online, the shipping address and the items cannot be changed, so check both before you pay.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return items in original condition. What you get depends on how you paid. Full-price items can go back for a full refund, an exchange or store credit. Items bought at a sale price or with a discount code qualify for an exchange or store credit only. Discount codes cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
Every return needs a return authorization, which you request through the shop's return link by entering your order number and choosing the items. Print the shipping label and the RA form, pack everything in the original packaging with the form inside, and send it off. Unused labels are voided after 14 days. The shop processes returns and exchanges within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the parcel. Online purchases cannot be returned at a Maceoo retail location.
Items must come back with all tags attached and in the packaging they shipped in. Items received unfolded or without the original packaging incur a fee of $2.50 per item, which the shop deducts from the amount you receive. Used, washed, dry cleaned, altered, ironed or damaged items are not refunded or exchanged and are not sent back to you. Face masks, underwear and socks are final sale.
Return labels are not provided for international orders. If you return an item from outside the US, email [email protected] for instructions first.

Using cashback
Open the Maceoo page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after Maceoo has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned item reduces the amount for that item, and an exchange for a different item can change it too.
Tips before you order
- Check the size on the fit guide first, because the address and items are locked after you pay.
- Keep the original packaging and tags until you are sure you want to keep the item.
- If you ship abroad, add duty and tax and the cost of sending a return to your calculation.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher tabs closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
