Buying from Jackery in the US: delivery area, returns, warranty and cashback
Jackery makes portable power stations, solar generators and solar panels, and jackery.com is its US web shop. Units are heavy and expensive, so it pays to know the delivery area, the return steps and the warranty before you order. This guide sums up what the shop publishes.
Delivery area and shipping cost
The shop offers free shipping to the contiguous US. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are excluded. The shipping policy names no other destination, so write to support before you try to order to any other address. Addresses with a P.O. Box, APO, FPO or DPO are not accepted.
Because the generators contain lithium-ion batteries, they cannot travel by plane. Jackery therefore offers no expedited shipping and sends everything by ground. Bad weather can delay a parcel. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
How long delivery takes
After you place an order the shop needs one to two days to process it. Transit then takes up to five business days. Jackery adds that an order usually arrives within five to seven days, and asks you to email [email protected] if it has not shown up by then. No signature is required on delivery. Once the order is placed you cannot change the address, so check it twice.
Returns and refunds
Items bought on the Jackery site can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. Custom-configured products are excluded. The steps are:
- Email [email protected] with your order details and the reason.
- Wait for an RMA number and a prepaid return label. Do not ship anything back before you have both.
- Write the RMA number on the shipping label, not on the box itself.
Jackery pays the return shipping when the product is defective, the delivery was late or the package arrived damaged. For any other reason, return shipping and handling are deducted from the refund. A restocking fee applies if the item does not come back in its original condition. The refund goes to the original payment method within 10 business days after the warehouse receives the item, and a card refund can take another 7 to 10 business days to show up.
An order can be cancelled before it ships. Orders placed after 9 AM PST can be cancelled until 9 AM PST on the next business day, and only as a whole.
Warranty and payment
The shop advertises up to 7 years of warranty on purchases made at jackery.com, and the exact period for each model is on its product page. For a defect under warranty, repair or replacement and the shipping are free. The page also lists Buy Now Pay Later as a payment option at checkout.

Cashback on a Jackery order
Open the Jackery page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 4.5%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed after Jackery has reported the order. If you send a product back, the cashback for it is deducted.
