Shipping costs and free shipping

Shipping fees depend on the total weight of the order and appear at checkout. Free shipping works with two thresholds. For addresses in the United States it starts at USD 159.99. For the other eligible countries it starts at USD 119.99. The shop counts the subtotal after discounts, so a reduction can push you under the line.

The list for the lower threshold covers most of Europe, for example Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland and the Netherlands. It also names Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery time, taxes and duties

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on address and shipping method. Items in stock leave within 1 to 2 business days. Out-of-stock items are replenished and shipped within 20 days, and a larger order can arrive in separate packages.

For US orders the shop expects an extra 7 to 14 business days because of customs clearance. It states that orders are sent DDP, so taxes and duties are part of the amount you pay at checkout. The shop says its delivery times for other countries are not affected.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to send an item back without giving a reason. It has to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and the label tags must stay on. Bodysuits, tights, socks, jewelry and intimate items cannot be returned, and sets cannot be returned in parts. Contact customer service first, because returns without prior authorization are not accepted. You then get a printable slip with the return address.

For a change of mind you pay the return shipping and any customs fees. Only the discounted product price comes back, the original shipping is not refunded. If an item has a serious quality problem, the shop offers a 30 day after-sales period, covers the return shipping and refunds the shipping you paid. Exchanges are currently not possible, so you return the item and order again.

You can pay by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.
