Shopping at Handball-Store.es: shipping by country, returns and cashback
Handball-Store.es is the Spanish shop for handball gear: shoes, clothing, balls, fan items, club equipment and fitness products. Even though the interface is in Spanish, the shipping page prices some forty destinations, so a buyer in Germany or Britain can see the cost before ordering. This guide goes through the shipping page, the returns page and the payment page.
Shipping prices
For each country the shop names a carrier and a price, and many countries have a cheaper pickup point option. A few examples:

Other examples are Italy at 8.99 EUR, Belgium at 7.99 EUR, Denmark at 13.38 EUR, Sweden at 18.54 EUR and Poland at 12.11 EUR, all as shipping cost. Smaller markets in the Balkans, the Baltics and some others, such as Romania, Turkey and Iceland, sit at 25.99 EUR shipping. Bulky or heavy items can add a surcharge, shown in the third checkout step. The page names no minimum order for free delivery, so check the cart.
Timing
The order deadline is 15:00 Paris time. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days, and delivery 2 to 6 working days after that. Each product page shows its own dispatch time below the add-to-cart button, and the number can change with the size you pick, which is worth watching for boots in less common sizes. For pickup point parcels you get an email with the tracking number, and you collect with ID.
Returns
You have 30 days after receiving the order to start a return. The article has to be in its original packaging with the label attached, unworn and clean. Personalised items, such as shirts printed with a name and number, cannot be returned or exchanged. Start the return in the returns area of the site or from the order in your account. The cost of sending items back is yours. Faulty or non-conforming products are the exception, and the shop supplies a prepaid label once customer service approves.
After approval, you have 15 days to post the parcel. If you withdraw from the contract, the shop refunds what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of learning of your decision. If goods arrive damaged, send photos of the item, the box and the label, and the shop answers within 48 working hours.
Payment methods
The shop lists bank transfer (from 300 EUR), card, Apple Pay and PayPal, with the option to pay in three interest-free instalments. Which of them appear depends on your billing country. A credit note from a return can be used on the next order, and a note received as a goodwill gesture is valid for 12 months.
Cashback at Handball-Store
Open the Handball-Store page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) is shown. Press the button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback is first listed as open and becomes confirmed after the shop approves the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted.
