Shipping prices and free-shipping limits change from region to region, so it pays to look at your own region before you fill the basket. This guide goes through the regions listed in the shop's shipping policy, the 30-day return rule and the way cashback works on an order.
Where Grown Alchemist ships
The shop has a country selector that lists Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, South Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. Each country is tied to a currency: euro for most EU countries, pounds for the UK, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars for those markets, US dollars for the US and several Caribbean destinations, and Korean won for South Korea.
Shipping costs by region
All standard shipping options on the policy page take 5 to 7 days. Once the parcel leaves, tracking details arrive by email or SMS.

In the US there is also expedited shipping in 2 to 3 days for $25.00, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Mexico. Rates for the Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, Fiji, Puerto Rico and Argentina differ, and the checkout shows the final shipping price.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to post the parcel back to the return centre, for a refund or an exchange. Returned items have to be unopened and in original sale condition. Return postage is your cost, and the shop suggests a tracked service so you are covered if the parcel goes missing. Gifted items can be exchanged with proof of purchase, but are not refunded. Products bought from a stockist must go back to that stockist.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, write to [email protected] and the team arranges the return or exchange.
Cashback with Grown Alchemist
Open the Grown Alchemist page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the latest offers are listed. Press the shop button and shop as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as pending first and turns confirmed once the shop has approved the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item. Using a code from another site can cost you the cashback, so stick to the offers on our shop page.
Tips for international orders
