Shopping at FERA: shipping to and outside Germany, returns and cashback
FERA is a German online shop for pet supplies, from vet-recommended dog food and flea collars to cat litter, rodent care and aquarium filters. It is run by Fera24 UG from Brandenburg. Its shipping rules are written mainly for Germany, so anyone ordering from abroad should read the points below first. We read the shipping page and the terms on fera24.de in October 2026. The shop can change them, so check again at checkout.
Delivery costs
For Germany FERA ships with DHL. Orders of €44 or more ship free, smaller orders cost €4.95. The banner "Versandkostenfrei ab 44 €" runs across the whole shop.
For other countries the shipping page names a flat €50 per package and a maximum parcel weight of 30 kg. It does not list which countries are served, and the terms do not either. If you live outside Germany, write to the shop with your address and the basket before you pay, because that is the only way to be sure the order can be delivered.
A separate rule covers heavy orders. If the goods weigh more than 31 kg in total, the order is split into two or more packages and a handling fee can apply for each further package. The shipping page says €4.95, the terms say €4.
Dispatch and delivery time
Each product carries a status. Items marked "ships within 24 hours" leave the warehouse within 24 hours, counted in working days. Items marked "we ship within 4 days" leave within 4 working days. The clock starts when the order is confirmed or, with prepayment or an online payment, when the payment is confirmed. Once shipped, a parcel normally arrives on the second working day. Exact delivery dates are shown on the product pages. If nobody is home, the carrier leaves a notice and the parcel waits 7 working days for pickup after the second delivery attempt.
Returns
The shop advertises a 40-day return period in the header of its terms. The page that should explain the details (fera24.de/rma-returns-de.html) showed an error message when we opened it, so we cannot tell you the exact conditions from the shop itself. What the terms do say: as a consumer in the EU you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal with a form, and returns go to FERA24 UG / KAAB GmbH in Weißenberg, Saxony. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers who live and have their delivery address outside the EU and are not EU citizens. Ask support before you send anything back, particularly if you ordered food.
Payment
The terms list PayPal, credit card, Giropay and Tpay. The shop says it adds no fee for the payment method.
| At a glance | FERA (fera24.de) |

Using cashback
Open the FERA page at daily cashback. It shows the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers we found, each with the date it was last checked. Press the shop button there, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once FERA has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
A few practical tips
- A basket at €40 to €43 usually gets cheaper by adding a small item than by paying the €4.95 shipping fee. Remember that an item you return does not count for cashback.
- Pet food and perishable goods are usually the first things shops refuse to take back once opened, so ask before you open a large bag.
- Outside Germany, ask about the €50 shipping fee per package and the delivery address first.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
