Shopping at DruckDichDrauf: EU shipping, payment, cashback

· 2026-10-13

DruckDichDrauf is a print shop from Fürstenwalde near Berlin. You design T-shirts, mugs, photo cushions, bags, caps and jerseys online, and the shop prints them to order. We read the payment and delivery page, the withdrawal policy and the footer on druckdichdrauf.de in October 2026. This guide is for buyers outside Germany too, because the shop has a flat rate for EU countries and a separate one for Switzerland.

Shipping cost by country

  • Germany (DHL): 5.99 euros shipping per order, free shipping with DPD from an order value of 250 euros
  • EU (DHL): flat shipping of 16.99 euros per order, for example to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden
  • Switzerland (DHL): shipping of 24.99 euros net plus customs fees, which the recipient pays

For any other country, or for a large order, the shop asks you to contact it before ordering. All prices include German VAT plus shipping. Note that the free shipping line applies within Germany only, so a sizeable basket to Austria still pays the flat rate.

Dispatch time and carriers

Most products are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Larger or personalised orders should be discussed with the shop first. A quick dispatch requires full payment and a correct address. Parcels go with DHL or DHL Express, and the shop has no influence on carrier delivery times but says it will contact you personally if something is delayed. The payment method matters here: with advance payment, production only starts when the money has arrived, while PayPal or card payments are confirmed straight away and usually processed faster.

Payment

You can pay by advance payment, PayPal, credit card (Visa and Mastercard, via PayPal), direct debit via PayPal, invoice via PayPal, Klarna invoice or Klarna Sofort. Direct debit via PayPal needs a current account at a bank in Germany, and invoice purchase via PayPal is limited to orders and deliveries within Germany up to 1,500 euros. Klarna invoice is for private customers in Germany. Foreign bank fees on a transfer are at your cost, and the shop may hold back the goods if the amount arrives short. An order paid in advance is cancelled automatically if no payment arrives within 10 days.

Withdrawal and personalised goods

Consumers can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not exist for goods that are made to your individual specification or clearly tailored to personal needs, which covers most printed items. Where withdrawal applies, you pay the return cost for normal parcels. The shop also notes that small print shifts of 1 to 2 mm and colour deviations from the preview are not treated as complaints.

Cashback

Open the DruckDichDrauf page at daily cashback, where the current rate (8.75%) and the offers we found are listed. Press the shop button, then design and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the cashback for it is deducted.

Practical tips

  • Pay by PayPal or card if you are in a hurry, since production starts earlier than with a bank transfer.
  • Check your design carefully, because personalised goods cannot be returned just for a change of mind.
  • Combine everything into one order for the EU flat rate, and use one discount source only.
