Dr.Prepare: US shipping, delivery times, returns and cashback
Dr.Prepare sells outdoor and home comfort gear: portable power supplies, heated apparel, portable showers and refrigerators, air purifiers, dehumidifiers, mattress vacuum cleaners and more. The shop at drprepare.com is built for customers in the United States. Here is what its policy pages say about delivery, returns and payment before you order.
Where Dr.Prepare delivers
The shipping policy says Dr. Prepare can ship to virtually any address in the United States and does not ship internationally. For Europe the shop points to its products on the Amazon store there. Orders to PO boxes are not possible for expedited shipping, and the FAQ asks for a physical address at checkout. If you live outside the US, the drprepare.com checkout is not the route to take.
Shipping costs and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. For expedited shipping the order is processed on the next business day after you place it. The weight of each product is on its detail page, which tells you roughly what expedited shipping will cost. If you order several products, they may arrive in multiple packages, and a shipment cannot be rerouted once it has left. You get a notification email with the tracking number as soon as it is generated.
Taxes and customs: the shop says that, in rare cases, a government may charge customs fees on an order and the customer is responsible for them.
If your order has not shipped
The FAQ names two reasons why an order may still be waiting after five business days. Either it contains items that are out of stock (the shop usually adds "back order" to the product title), or the address is a PO box. In the second case the shop emails you to change the address. If a package does not arrive, contact customer service by email; tracking information is updated within two business days of dispatch.
Returns and refunds
You can return new, unopened and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must go back in its original packaging with all accessories, and it has to be possible to repackage it completely. For a return that is not about quality, you pay the shipping, including a recall fee if you cancel after the package has been shipped. If the product is faulty, damaged in transit or the wrong item, the shop pays for the return and sends a refund or replacement. There is no restocking fee.
Write to [email protected] with your order number, the product model and a description of the problem, plus a photo or video of a defect. The team answers within 1 to 2 business days and sends a return label by email. After the return is received and inspected, the refund goes to the original payment method within 2 to 3 working days. Modified products are not accepted for refund.
Payment and warranty
You can pay with PayPal or with a credit card at checkout. Prices are the current retail price on the day of shipping plus applicable sales tax. The shop has a separate Warranty Policy page and a Register Warranty page, and the limited warranty on batteries is described in a file linked from the contact page.
Cashback with Dr.Prepare
Open the Dr.Prepare page at daily cashback, press the shop button and place your order as usual. The current rate is up to 6%, and your account first shows the purchase as open and later as confirmed. A returned product reduces the cashback for that item.
