Shopping at DiamondSmile: shipping countries, returns and cashback
DiamondSmile sells teeth whitening sets and white strips. The DACH shop at diamondsmileteeth.com belongs to Limitless eCom GmbH in Teltow near Berlin and ships to six European countries. We read the shipping policy and the returns page in October 2026 and summarise what applies by country. The shop can change its terms, so check the cart before you pay.
Delivery countries
The shipping policy names Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Spain and Poland. Orders are dispatched exclusively from Germany, and the shop currently delivers only to delivery addresses in these six countries. If you live in the UK, the US or anywhere else, you cannot order here unless you have an address in one of them.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Standard shipping with DHL Paket is free to all six countries. The delivery times count from the dispatch day, not from the order date, and nothing is delivered on Sundays or public holidays. For faster delivery there is an optional express shipping with tracking and insurance.

Customs outside the EU
For deliveries outside the European Union, which in this list means Switzerland, import duties, taxes and handling fees from the carrier or customs can apply. They are not included in the price or the shipping, and the customer pays them. The shop also says you are responsible for checking the import rules of your country. If you refuse the parcel or do not pay the fees, the shop can deduct its actual costs from a refund, as far as the law allows.
Returns and refunds
You can return all or part of an order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Products must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. For opened or used hygiene items, such as whitening products that touch the body, a return can be excluded once the hygiene seal is removed. Write to [email protected] first so the shop can give you the return address. The return is at your own cost and goes by post to an address in Germany, because the shop provides no prepaid label.
After the shop receives and checks the parcel, the refund goes to the original payment method within 7 working days. The shop does not charge a return or handling fee. An exchange within 14 days is possible after you contact the shop.
Payment
The shop highlights payment with Klarna, advertised as paying 30 days later. You see the other payment methods in the checkout.
Using cashback
Open the DiamondSmile page at daily cashback, where the current rate (7.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once DiamondSmile has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- If you are in Switzerland, expect the carrier to ask for import fees on delivery, and add them to the price you compare.
- Do not break the hygiene seal until you are sure, since an opened whitening product may not be returnable. Anything you return does not count for cashback.
- Plan the return shipping yourself, because the shop does not supply a label, and write to support first.
