Shopping at Bellerei: EU shipping, returns and cashback

Which countries Bellerei delivers to
The shop sends parcels to Germany, Austria and all other EU countries, with the exception of Malta and Cyprus. Deliveries are handled by DPD and Austrian Post. Only these destinations are named, so for the UK, the US or Switzerland ask the shop before you order.
Shipping costs and delivery times

Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days for both Germany and Austria, according to the carriers' figures. For other EU countries the shop says up to 10 days. The terms add that the usual delivery time is five working days from the day after the order. If you need something by a fixed date, order early and plan for the longer figure.
Payment
You can pay by advance bank transfer, in which case the order ships once the money has arrived. Returns and complaints

Using cashback
Open the Bellerei page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 12.5%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed once Bellerei has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
