Bamboo Is Better is an online-only, family-run bedding brand from the US. It sells bamboo sheets, pillows, duvet covers, mattresses and adjustable bases, and it ships from a warehouse in Texas. Where Bamboo Is Better ships
The shipping policy treats the continental US as the home market. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Europe are also served, but with extra shipping charges that are calculated and displayed at checkout. Military APO addresses are not supported. Orders go out with USPS, UPS or FedEx, depending on rates and your location. Wholesale orders are quoted separately.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all bedding orders within the continental US. The shop banner adds that this excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Duties and taxes outside the US
If you order from outside the US, estimated duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and shown as their own line before you pay. Sleep trial, returns and warranty
All non-mattress products come with a 60-night sleep trial counted from delivery. Exchanges for size, colour or product are free, and the shop pays the return label and ships the replacement at no extra charge inside the continental US. If you choose a cash refund instead, a flat return shipping fee of $14.99 is deducted from the refund.
Start the return in your order history, add photos and your order number, and wait for the RMA before you send anything back. After approval you have 15 days to ship the item, otherwise the request closes. Bedding must be laundered and returned clean in the original packaging, or you only get store credit. Refunds arrive within 5 to 7 business days after the shop has inspected the return. Non-mattress products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
