Shopping at AlorAir Crawlspace: shipping, returns and cashback
AlorAir Crawlspace is a US online shop for crawl space dehumidifiers, whole house units, air filters, vapor barriers and ventilation fans. If you live outside the United States, the first thing to know is that the shop does not ship abroad. We read its shipping, returns and payment pages in October 2026 and collected what matters for a US order.
Where the shop delivers
The shipping policy says the shop only ships to the United States and does not serve international locations at the moment. Within the US, Hawaii and Alaska are excluded, so delivery covers the lower 48 states. If you want something sent to an address in another country, the policy suggests asking by email first ([email protected]). Do not expect a yes, because the same page repeats that transactions are made within the USA only.
That also means no country shops and no choice of currency. Prices are in US dollars.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Standard shipping is free on every order to the continental United States, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout. The shop usually processes an order within one business day, then delivers within 5 to 14 working days depending on where you live. You get an email when the parcel ships, with a tracking number that can take up to 48 hours to show data. If nothing has arrived 5 to 14 days after that shipping email, write to [email protected] with your name and order number.
The shop also states that it adds no extra tax to its products. For a US address that is the whole picture, since the shop delivers within the US.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund as long as the order has not been processed or shipped. After shipping, cancelling is no longer possible. A return is possible within 30 days after delivery if the unit is unused, in its original packaging and you can show the order number. Custom-made items and products with personalised labels are excluded.
If you simply changed your mind, you pay the return shipping and handling yourself and arrange the carrier. Damaged or wrongly delivered products go back free of charge. The shop does not charge a restocking fee. After the unit arrives it is inspected, you receive the result by email, and an approved refund goes back to your original payment method within about 5 business days. Your bank may take longer.
Payment and warranty
The payment page lists credit card and PayPal. Cash on delivery is not offered, and you cannot split an order across several cards. Paying with a foreign card can lead to currency conversion fees from your bank. The homepage currently announces a 6-year limited warranty for dehumidifiers, with full coverage in the first 2 years.
