Shopping at Alberto Shop: shipping rates by country, payment and returns
Alberto Shop at albertoshop.de sells men's trousers and other menswear from the German brand Alberto. The online shop is run by DePauli AG in Garching near Munich, an authorised partner of the brand. Its terms contain a clear price list for deliveries outside Germany, including a rate for the rest of the world, which makes it one of the easier shops to plan an international order with. We read the terms and the withdrawal page on albertoshop.de in October 2026. The shop can change them, so check again at checkout.
Shipping costs by country
Germany: orders from €125 ship free. Below that, shipping is €3.95 if you choose DPD and €5.95 if you choose DHL. Other countries are priced per group:
- €5.95 shipping: Austria and Switzerland.
- €6.95 shipping: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Finland and Sweden.
- €12.00 shipping: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia, Hungary, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia.
- €34.50: worldwide shipping, meaning every other country.
The terms mention the €125 free-shipping line only for deliveries within Germany. The terms do not explain customs for countries outside the EU, so ask the shop what applies to the United Kingdom, the USA or other markets before you order.
Dispatch
The shop may accept your order either by an order confirmation email or by shipping the goods within two days. If an item is not in stock, it informs you of the delay at once. The pages we read do not give a standard delivery time.
Payment
For German delivery addresses you can pay by credit card, direct debit, prepayment or cash on delivery. The shop covers the DHL cash-on-delivery fee. The shop may check and refuse a direct debit for a first order above €100. For delivery addresses outside Germany the payment options are card, prepayment and, in SEPA countries, direct debit. The price is due when the goods and the invoice are sent.
Returns
You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. On top of that Alberto Shop gives a voluntary return guarantee of 30 days in total after receipt. Returns go to DePauli AG, returns department, in Garching. In Germany and Austria sending an item back is free if you use the DHL return forms from your customer account. In all other countries you bear the direct costs of the return. To create a label, log in, open the order under orders and returns, press the return button, print the label for DHL or DPD (the same carrier that delivered), stick it on the parcel and hand it in. The guarantee does not limit your legal rights.

Using cashback
Open the Alberto Shop page at daily cashback. It shows the current rate (up to 6%) and the offers we found, each with the date it was last checked. Press the shop button there, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and turns confirmed once Alberto Shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
A few practical tips
- From Austria a return is free, so ordering two sizes costs you nothing extra in postage when you send one back. A returned item does not count for cashback.
- From Switzerland and other countries plan for the return postage, which you pay yourself.
- Outside the EU, check the shipping total at checkout and ask about import charges before you pay.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
