At Odlo an order in Switzerland arrives with the Swiss Post in 2 to 5 working days, and shipping within Switzerland is free. The minimum order value is 29.90 CHF. If you order in Germany, you use the German Odlo shop: there Odlo names DHL with 1 to 3 working days, delivery without shipping costs and a minimum order value of €24.90.
Icebreaker delivers from Almelo in the Netherlands. According to the shipping page of the EU shop, standard shipping is free from €85 order value, and delivery takes 2 to 4 working days. Express takes 1 to 3 working days, and the price depends on the market. Switzerland is on the list of delivery countries. Icebreaker shows any extra costs in the checkout.
Returns and refunds
Odlo allows 30 days for returns, free of charge, with the Pick@Home service or the label that comes with the parcel. There is no direct exchange: you get a refund, which can take up to 14 working days, and order the other size again. For manufacturing faults Odlo names a two year manufacturer warranty in its terms.
Icebreaker names 30 days after delivery. The page advertises free returns, but the return terms say that, depending on the country, the return costs can be yours. You create the label online during the return process. Expect about 10 working days until the warehouse has checked and refunded the parcel. Faulty goods can be returned within two years.
